  • personal income tax at a rate of 13% (if the owner was considered a resident of the Russian Federation in the reporting year);
  • VAT at the rate of 0%, 10%, 18%;
  • personal property tax at a rate of up to 2%.

  • Tax on the property of organizations on OSNO.

Reporting periods in this case are the first quarter, six months and nine months of the calendar year. Declarations are required to be submitted no later than the 30th day of the month following the reporting quarter, that is, inclusive until April 30, July, October and no later than January 30 at the end of the year. Note that local laws may not establish reporting periods, which means that the declaration will be submitted once a year, no later than January 30th. If we talk about paying property tax, then if there are fixed quarterly reporting periods in the region, it is also necessary to make advance payments on property tax every quarter. The terms for making advance payments are chosen by the regions themselves. It turns out that USN - the most profitable for an entrepreneur, a beauty salon taxation system, if taxes are calculated based on income received. Not so profitable in some cases (!) It will be compared with the UTII system for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and regarding the cost of a patent for individual entrepreneurs.

Simplified tax accounting is carried out in a special Book of Accounting for Income and Expenses (KUDiR) for the simplified tax system (form KUDiR for the simplified tax system, filling out KUDiR). Since 2013, legal entities have been keeping accounting records on the simplified tax system, this obligation does not apply to individual entrepreneurs.

The list of groups of taxpayers who are not entitled to use the simplified system is established by Art. 346.12 (3) of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. So, it will not be possible to resort to the simplified tax system for such types of organizations as:

  • banks, pawnshops, investment funds, insurers, private pension funds, professional participants in the securities market, microfinance organizations;
  • companies with branches;
  • state, budgetary institutions;
  • companies conducting and organizing gambling;
  • foreign firms;
  • organizations that are parties to production sharing agreements;

Also, they do not have the right to work under the simplified tax system of organizations and individual entrepreneurs:

  • producing excisable goods (alcohol, tobacco products, cars, gasoline, diesel fuel, etc.);
  • extracting and selling minerals (the list does not include common ones, that is, sand, clay, peat, crushed stone, building stone);
  • switched to a single agricultural tax;
  • with over 100 employees;
  • who did not report the transition to the simplified tax system in time and in the manner prescribed by law.

In addition, the work of private notaries, lawyers who have established lawyers' offices and other types of lawyers' organizations do not imply the use of the simplified tax system.

  1. USN "Income minus expenses".

A serious advantage of this type of simplified taxation is a differentiated tax rate. In fact, it is an additional privilege against the background of the general preferential special regime. Recall that the standard rate of the simplified tax system "Revenues minus expenses" of 15% can be reduced by regional authorities to 5%.

The reduced tax rate is not valid throughout Russia, but only in part of the subjects. Such regions successfully attract additional investments by developing specific areas of activity or solving the problem of employment of citizens.

Laws on differentiated tax rates of the USN "Income minus expenses" are adopted annually at the local level. This is done before the beginning of the year in which they come into force.
