Before handing over the return to the PickPoint parcel post, please carefully read the return policy, terms and instructions.

The cost of sending the return via PickPoint ATMs is free of charge for the Representative.

Returning products through PickPoint parcel lockers consists of the following steps:

1. Bookmark return to postamat. The procedure and instructions are below.
2. You can track the progress of the return on the PickPoint website using the departure number. At the time of the transfer of the return, an SMS notification is sent to AVON.
3. After receiving SMS notification, the return will be processed within 2 weeks

Attach a form with an electronic return number (printed on the site) or a completed simple handwritten form to the package.

Pack the returned product in a sealed bag or box. When returning damaged products, be sure to seal them with adhesive tape or pack them in transparent plastic bag separate from other products.

One shipment may contain multiple returns.

After bookmarking the departure with a return, close the box of the parcel locker and pick up the receipt for receiving the return

Order delivery to a post office or pick-up point

On the website of the online store, select the delivery method to the post office or to the PickPoint pick-up point

Select the address of a convenient postamat or pickup point on the map or in the list of points.

Specify the mobile phone number to which an SMS message with the individual code of your package will be sent to open the parcel locker.
(We advise you to indicate your personal mobile number so that the individual parcel code does not fall into the wrong hands).

After confirming the order in the online store, your goods will be delivered to the post office or pickup point of your choice.
Check the delivery time in the online store.

Pick up the goods at the post office or issuing point

You will receive an SMS and an e-mail* with a unique parcel code
to receive the ordered goods at the post office or at the point of issue,
as soon as your order is delivered.

*If you indicated your e-mail when registering an order in the online store

The SMS message or e-mail will contain:

  1. A unique parcel code for receiving an order in a parcel terminal
    or point of issue;
  2. The address of the parcel terminal or pick-up point where the parcel is located (chosen when registering an order in the online store);
  3. The period of storage of your order in the post office;
  4. Amount payable* for the ordered item.

    *If, when ordering goods in the online store, you chose another payment method (prepayment for the goods), then upon receipt of the parcel, payment will not be made, and the amount payable will be 0 rubles.

During the period specified in the SMS message, you need to drive up to the selected parcel terminal or pick-up point to pick up your order.

Receiving an order via PickPoint

  1. In the menu of the postamat, select the operation "Receiving orders";
  2. Enter the order code sent to you by SMS or
    by e-mail;
  3. Choose the method of payment in cash or by credit card,
    if the order has not been previously paid;
  4. Pay for the ordered goods and receive a check;
  5. Pick up your order from the opened cell. shut up

Receiving an order at a PickPoint pick-up point

  1. Contact the employee of the point of issue to receive the order;
  2. Tell the employee the code sent to you in an SMS message or by e-mail;
  3. Pay for the order in cash or by credit card*;
  4. Receive a receipt of payment and sign the consignment note upon receipt of the order;
  5. The employee will issue your order.

    *If at the point of issue it is possible to pay with plastic cards. Please check this information in advance.

If for some reason you cannot personally pick up your order at the post office or pick-up point, it can be picked up by another person whom you entrust to receive your order.

To receive orders in a post office, you must:

The individual order code comes only to you in SMS and e-mail messages.

You can independently duplicate an SMS message for yourself from the "Send SMS again" functionality on the site or from which you can install on your phone or tablet (for Android , for ).

You can also call the PickPoint support center at 8-800-700-79-09 and an SMS message with a code to open the cell will be sent to the mobile number specified when registering an order in the online store.

Payment for the ordered goods

You can pay for the ordered goods in cash or by credit card.

Cash payment

Please note that when paying in cash at a post office, change is not issued, but you have 4 options for disposing of the amount of change:

1. Credit the amount of change to mobile phone;
2. If you wish, you can receive change in cash at the PickPoint office;

3. Transfer the amount to the account of the Charitable Foundation;

4. Transfer the amount to the Yandex wallet.

Payment by plastic card

You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, MaterCard, Maestro, MIR and PayPal plastic cards.

Please note that in case of paying for the order in a post office, you need to choose an additional method of receiving a check.

At PickPoint, you can return products ordered from Lamoda (except for partner products) and received by any available delivery method.

You can check the availability of a postamat / pickup point with a return option in your city.

When returning goods in a PickPoint parcel terminal, you must:

Returns via Pickpoint are not accepted in the cities: Elizovo, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Norilsk, Magadan, Yakutsk, Kholmsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Salekhard, Kaliningrad.

You can easily send a refund through PickPoint parcel terminals at any parcel terminal convenient for you.

1) Prepare the package for shipping:

IMPORTANT! If you would like to return items from more than one package, please pack all items together with the appropriate return statement in ONE plastic bag.

Pack the product (in the original barcoded packaging) and the completed return application in any suitable package.
Write down the 14-digit parcel identification number - you will need it when sending! The number is indicated in the upper right corner of the return application under the barcode, as well as in electronic notifications about the arrival of the parcel and in your Personal Account on the bonprix website.
Close the bag carefully (for example, with adhesive tape) so that the goods inside are not accessible.

2) On the website or in the PickPoint mobile application, in the "Postamats and pickup points" section, use the "Postamats with return of goods" filter to select the address that is convenient for you.

3) On the postamat screen, select "Receiving / sending orders" - "Return goods".
Click the "Other" button and select our bonprix logo.

4) Enter the phone number to which you will receive an SMS message about the delivery of the package with a return to bonprix.

5) Enter the 14-digit parcel identification number (indicated in the upper right corner of the return application, under the barcode, as well as in email notifications and in your Personal account on the bonprix website).

6) Select one of the reasons for the return indicated on the ATM screen (it may differ from that indicated in the return application, and is needed for PickPoint statistics).

7) Select the appropriate cell size (cell sizes are shown on the ATM screen).

8) Pay for the service in cash or by card. Please note: if you pay in cash, the change will be transferred to your mobile phone or charitable purposes at your request.

9) Stick a sticker on the package that will print the postamat.

10) Place the package with the returned product in the opened cell.

IMPORTANT! One cell can contain only ONE a package with a sticker pasted by you. Any package placed in a cell ADDITIONALLY no sticker, cannot be identified and accepted for return. PickPoint and bonprix are not responsible for any contents of the cell, except for the sticker pack. If the volume of the returned goods does not allow one package, please EVERY package with return to SEPARATE CELL.

Get a receipt confirming the receipt of the parcel and payment for the service (we recommend that you keep them until your return is received by the addressee).

11) You will learn about the receipt of the parcel with your return to the bonprix warehouse from the SMS message that you will receive at the phone number specified when processing the return.
