Don't expect a lot of details, mainly an increase in engine power and similar upgrades. Repair in the cabin is expensive, but the replacement of the destroyed copy is free.
All import-export warehouses look the same. As is often the case in GTA Online, the player pays for the location, and not for the functionality of the room. However, they are all located in the southern and southeastern parts of the city, so it makes sense to buy the cheapest option for one and a half million. However, you can fork out for three - your will. The warehouse also has interior decorations that also cost money.
After the purchase, you can take on missions to steal and resell cars.
