The warranty does not apply to:

- watches with traces of unauthorized opening (outside the recommended service center) or unprofessional repair attempts: scratches at the junction of parts of the case, damage to the screw slots, fingerprints on the mechanism parts;
- watches with interference caused by exposure to extreme temperatures (more than +50 and -20 degrees Celsius);
- damage resulting from contact with water not provided for by the operating rules of a specific watch;
- damage caused by insects, caustic chemicals, or any foreign objects getting inside the watch;
- damage caused by natural disasters, static electricity, and other natural factors;
- damage caused by natural wear and tear: abrasion of the strap, gilding, etc.;
- damage to the mechanism caused by the calendar being set between 11:00 pm and 04:00 am, when the mechanism for automatically changing the date and day of the week is activated;
- deviation of the second hand from the scale strokes by less than 0.5 minute divisions.
- minor error in stroke accuracy: 30 sec. per day – for mechanical, 30 sec. per month – for quartz watches;
- other damage caused by careless actions of the buyer or violation of operating rules.
