By Government Decree No. 471 dated May 27, 2016, wrist and pocket watches with two or more functions are included in the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 19, 1998 No. 55 "On approval of the Rules for the sale of certain types of goods, the list of durable goods for which does not apply to the buyer's requirement to provide him free of charge for the period of repair or replacement of a similar product, and a list of non-food products of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged for a similar product of a different size, shape, dimension, style, color or configuration", and also added p. 13 in Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 10, 2011 No. 924 "On approval of the list of technically complex goods" (Sobraniye zakonodatelstva Rossiyskoy Federatsii, 2011, N 46, art. 6539).

In accordance with Article 26.1 on remote way sale of goods of the Law of the Russian Federation of 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 (as amended on 07/13/2015), the buyer has the right to return the goods of good quality within 7 days from the date of its transfer (purchase): the return of the goods is possible if its commercial type, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product. The seller returns to the buyer the amount paid for the goods, except for the costs of the seller for the delivery of the returned goods.

Goods included in Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 10, 2011 No. 924 "On approval of the list of technically complex goods" for return on the grounds provided for in paragraph 4 of Art. 26-1 of the Law of the Russian Federation of 02/07/1992 N 2300-1 (as amended on 07/13/2015) are not subject.
