How to sell goods from China in small wholesale. Trade with China. golden tips for a newbie from an expert on business with China - Evgeniy Guryev

Do you want to start your own business, but are you sure that this is impossible without starting capital? Such a statement is a stereotype that people often use to justify their inaction. Lack of initial capital is not a reason to do nothing.

If you wish and have sufficient motivation, it is quite possible to open your own business with almost zero initial investment.

Reselling goods from Chinese online stores is just such a good option. There are at least 5 reasons to do it immediately:

  1. Reselling goods provides an opportunity to quickly make a profit.
  2. In terms of the scale of development of online commerce, China has already confidently surpassed all world leaders.
  3. Products from Chinese manufacturers have long since raised their quality level to good European standards.
  4. The cost of any product from China is significantly different from any analogue produced and sold in Europe or America.
  5. Almost every supplier of Chinese goods is ready to arrange delivery of the order to the recipient, often even free of charge.

Business with China for the resale of goods has quite a lot of prospects, since every year the number of buyers of Chinese goods is growing, and at a very good pace.

How does such a business work?

This business is not complicated, even a beginner can understand it.

And if you apply a little patience, attention and perseverance, then very soon you will be able to enjoy the fruits of your activity.

The basis of this type of business is intermediary activity. In other words, you receive an order for the supply of goods from China.

The buyer makes an advance payment to you, and with these funds you make a purchase directly from the Chinese supplier, organizing its delivery to the client. Your earnings are generated by the trade margin or the difference in the price at which you purchased the product from the manufacturer (or a Chinese intermediary) and the cost at which the order was sold to the final buyer. The simplest possible scheme, as old as time.

First, you need to decide on the area in which you will work. In China you can buy any product, from children's clothing to complex equipment, fertilizers and other specific types. When taking your first steps in the intermediary business, you should not immediately take a wide range of goods from different groups.

It is better (to begin with) to focus on one type of product, studying all its features as carefully as possible. This way you can find the best products at competitive prices and establish effective contacts with suppliers.

Ultimately, this selective approach will allow you to create the most attractive offer for your clients.

Why do you need an intermediary in China?

It is quite difficult for a beginner to understand the intricacies of Chinese trade on his own, so you will need a Chinese intermediary, especially in the first stages of work.

Although even experienced businessmen do not refuse such cooperation.

A Chinese intermediary is useful in a variety of situations:

  • It will help you navigate the huge variety of products, manufacturers and choose the truly best options.
  • With the help of a Chinese intermediary, you can communicate with the manufacturer you are interested in, because it is unlikely that you know Chinese at a sufficient level to do this yourself.
  • A reliable Chinese intermediary is a person who will take care of the hassle of purchasing the goods, preparing all transport documents and sending it to you. Correctly drawn up paperwork for sending goods is a guarantee that your order will be received by the buyer in due time, and will not be left hanging out at unknown transit points.
  • If you need to return a product or make claims about its quality, you will again have to deal with an intermediary, who is a kind of guarantor of the reliability of the transaction.

The cost of the intermediary's services is usually insignificant, it amounts to a certain percentage of the total transaction amount.

But the benefits of such cooperation are immeasurable, because you have a permanent partner who will be able to solve on the spot any problem that may arise when completing a transaction.

Delivery period

The time it takes for goods to be delivered from China depends on their volume, characteristics and the customer’s wishes in terms of urgency.

The average period during which a small order travels from the seller to the final buyer takes from 30 to 45 days.

In any case, this was the case a year ago. The constantly developing market and growing volumes of trade turnover with China are forcing both the sellers themselves and transport companies to offer new, more efficient and, accordingly, faster delivery methods.

Thus, today a small order can be received by the end customer within 2 weeks after the transaction is completed.

But here everything depends on several factors:

  • how quickly the customer’s payment was made;
  • how quickly you, as an intermediary, responded to the order and purchased the goods;
  • How quickly the order went through all customs procedures.

As a rule, if all stages go through without delays, then at the latest, in a month the buyer will have the order. This is the case if delivery is carried out in the usual way, i.e. in a common container.

If your customer wants to receive their order as quickly as possible, then with the help of expedited delivery this period can be reduced to 7 days. The cost of transport services will be much higher than with regular delivery (in the first option there is even the possibility of free transportation of the order for the buyer), but in this case the customer is free to choose whether to pay extra for urgency or wait and buy cheap.

The service sector is a popular business area. The population constantly needs high-quality services, and in a variety of areas: from educational services to repair services. . Options and calculation of income and expenses.

How to do without investments?

Intermediary activity is an ideal way to earn money for those who do not have the opportunity (or funds) for initial investment.

You do not spend your money purchasing goods from China, your end customer does.

All you have to do is react to the order in time, purchase the goods from the Chinese seller, sending it to the address of the final buyer.

The very first completed orders will bring you pleasant bonuses and inspire you to further work in this direction. This is an excellent business for those who spend enough time at the computer, have free time and access to the Internet.

How to make payment?

Today, this no longer requires any special systems; it is not even necessary to register in exotic payment systems with difficult access. In order to make a payment, you only need a regular bank payment card. All suppliers in China accept payments instantly.

Where can I buy the product?

Finding the right product will not require any special knowledge or special effort from you.

In China, there are several large trading platforms that offer any product.

They all belong to the same Ali-Baba platform, which has become widely known all over the world, and therefore has been a leader among the largest online traders for quite some time.

In total, Ali Baba can offer three platforms for buyers, each of them has its own characteristics, thanks to which the target audience of buyers is clearly segmented:

  1. Tao Bao. An interesting platform, but designed mainly for retail buyers. Here you can find any product from any manufacturer, including reputable brand items. Features of the resource: communication here is possible only through a Chinese intermediary, since placing orders and communicating with the seller takes place only in Chinese. The intermediary takes care of all logistics issues regarding export. The currency in which payments are made on Tao Bao is Chinese yuan.
  2. Ali express. A resource that has long been loved by many domestic buyers. Here you can make your own purchases. All information in the store is translated into Russian. There is a fairly wide range of products from almost all product groups. Prices are easily converted into any currency. You can make purchases and arrange delivery yourself.
  3. Actually - Ali Baba. This is a trading platform for large wholesale buyers. Here you can find the lowest possible prices for any product, but provided that you purchase it in bulk. An indispensable platform for those interested in wholesale and retail trade.

Reselling goods is one of the oldest ways of making money, which, for obvious reasons, remains relevant to this day. : How can you make money? Let's look at what is profitable to sell now in this article.

You will find an example of a business plan for a children's clothing store in the material.

How to sell goods from China?

There are several ways to sell goods from China.

  1. Creation of an online store. Today it is a fairly popular and promoted business. You create an online store, fill it with information about products, receive orders from your customers and prepayment. With the money received, you purchase goods from your Chinese partner and send them to the final buyer. This scheme works with most online stores in China. It is also easy to carry out transactions if you work with the supplier directly, bypassing online stores.
  2. There is another model of cooperation. It is most suitable for purchases from Tao-Bao, where the buyer cannot place an order on his own or needs additional advice. It works as follows: you search for the selection of goods yourself according to the parameters that your customer gave you.

The cost of the goods in this case includes the amount of goods declared by the Chinese seller, to which are added transport costs, depending on the weight of the ordered lot and the percentage of the intermediary’s commission, i.e. - you.

Both models are successful today; it’s up to you to decide which one to choose for your work.

Video on the topic

Business with China is a fashionable entrepreneurial endeavor in recent years. Hundreds of people have earned millions by making purchases in the Middle Kingdom and selling them in the cities of our country.

A variety of products from children's clothing to modern smartphones allows anyone to open a business, regardless of hobbies. And their low cost guarantees minimal initial investment.

Despite the huge number of points where you can buy goods from the eastern country, competition in this niche is still low. This means it’s not too late to join the race.

Today we will look at what steps you need to take to organize your business on goods from China.

I want to start a business without investment - is this realistic?

It won’t be possible to do without costs: at a minimum you will need. It will cost 20-30 thousand rubles.

Although at first his role can be taken over by a group on a social network.

Step No. 2. How much should I invest?

We looked at 4 business models, how much do you need to invest in each of them to implement?

Dropshipping

The last three of them require investments in addition to the purchase of goods. Therefore, if there is no money to invest in the business, then the choice is limited to dropshipping.

In this case, funds will be required to purchase the first batch of goods.

In addition, dropshipping is attractive due to its minimal risks. We buy the goods immediately after ordering and ship them.

The only option to lose money is to refuse the goods, but this can be avoided if you use at least some kind of prepayment.

In general, it is for these two reasons that novice businessmen choose this method.

Wholesale purchases

Of course, in this case, you first need to spend the money, and only then get it back. The advantage of the “Wholesale purchase and resale” method is the ability to immediately transfer the goods to the buyer. In the modern world, where everything is done very quickly, this is extremely important. And it is often better to save up and immediately order a large batch than to spend months looking for a client who is ready not only to purchase the product from you, but also to patiently wait for its delivery.

Your own store

Well, if you have 500 thousand rubles or more, feel free to open your online store. Compared to the “Wholesale purchase and sale” scheme, only website development is added.

Of course, you will have to spend a lot of money, but this is a one-time expense - then you will only need to maintain its performance, which you can easily handle on your own.

A beautiful image of the product and the very fact that it is sold in a store (albeit via the Internet) will attract buyers. A circle of regular customers will immediately appear, ready to pay money for goods from China.

Step No. 3. What to sell?

Until now, we have ignored the most common question from beginners - “What to sell to make a profit?”

There is no clear answer to this question. Chinese-made goods sell with a bang, and it doesn’t matter which ones - children’s clothing, smartphone cases and cool souvenirs are in demand. This is the beauty of business with China: what to sell is not so important - everything is sold.

However, if you are just starting your own business, it is better not to reinvent the wheel and concentrate on selling really popular products.

It is not difficult to understand which Chinese goods are promising for resale in Russia.

  1. Look at Yandex. Wordstat, which categories of products are most often searched for by users and select popular ones
  2. Study the product market: it is better to open a business where there is less competition
  3. Review product reviews from suppliers you want to work with. If they deliver low-quality products, customers will not only leave, but will also tell everyone they know about it.
  4. Choose the product group that you know more about than the others. The better the seller knows what he is selling, the more customers buy from him

If you don’t understand anything that is popular today, it doesn’t matter - the main thing is not the presence of knowledge, but the desire to obtain it. Read articles on the Internet, ask your friends (there will probably be at least someone who knows the subject well), order the product yourself and use it for 1-2 months - you will form a very good idea about the subject. You don’t need to worry too much either: you won’t be selling cars or space rockets - a 1-2 minute story about the product is enough.

Once you find your niche, you can order. Start by ordering a trial batch; some sellers have this option. Of course, you will spend 1-1.5 months, but you will insure yourself against the risk of buying a bunch of low-quality products and losing a significant amount.

Step No. 4. Search for partners in China

No less popular among active entrepreneurs who want to learn how to set up business with China from scratch is the question of partners.

The type of seller you will cooperate with depends on the chosen business scheme. For example, dropshippers may work with intermediaries from China - people or companies who buy goods from the manufacturer and then resell them to foreigners. For online stores and businessmen who prefer large wholesale, direct contacts with the manufacturer are suitable - this will significantly reduce the cost of purchasing products.

In our age of high technology, no one goes to China to find a supplier and sign an agreement with them - everything is done via the Internet. You can work independently or turn to companies that help beginners set up business with China. Their employees will tell you what mistakes you might encounter, how to avoid them, and how to grow your business faster.

If you are not planning a large wholesale, but are limited to medium-sized ones, take a closer look at TaoBao, Aliexpress, TMart, Dinodirect or AliBaba - usually these Chinese sites have the lowest prices for goods, and their assortment will be the envy of the largest shopping center in the world.

Each site has its own pros and cons. To make it convenient for you, I have compiled them into a single comparative table.

NamePeculiaritiesAdvantagesFlaws
1 TaoBaoThe largest retail site in the worldNumber of products presented - more than 750 million
2 AliexpressThe most popular site among Russian clients, specializes in retail tradeProtection of the client's rights - if something goes wrong, the money can be returnedIncreased prices
3 TMartActively cooperates with dropshippersThere is no version of the site in Russian
4 AliBabaCooperation with clients who are ready to purchase goods in large and medium wholesaleLow prices (2-3 times less than competitors)It is impossible to buy goods at retail
5 DinoDirectThe range of products is larger than on other sitesConvenient website translated into RussianPrices are higher than competitors

A mandatory step in working with a Chinese web resource is registration. You will need to not only enter your full name and contact information, but also your payment card details. They will be required so as not to waste time when paying for the goods.

If the site offers better prices than its competitors, but the site is not translated into Russian, you should not despair. It is not necessary to learn Chinese: just use Google website translator. For correspondence with Chinese partners, use the same technique. Manufacturers and sellers from the Middle Kingdom prefer to use English in correspondence, so there will be no problems with the quality of translation.

Step No. 5. Checking your partner

Chinese organizations are not distinguished by punctuality and conscientiousness: deceiving a Russian partner is a common thing for them. Therefore, below are some tips that will help you find a reliable counterparty.

  • Always read reviews about doing business with China. The Internet is full of sites with responses from successful (or unlucky) businessmen.
  • Try to extract as many documents as possible from the potential supplier. Ask him for information about customer references: if there are any, the Chinese company will definitely provide them.
  • When signing an agreement for the supply of goods, be sure to include in the agreement clauses regarding payment for the goods after delivery and the opportunity to withdraw from the document if the other party suddenly wants to change it. If the supplier does not agree to such conditions, this is the first signal of his bad faith. Chinese suppliers, aimed at long-term cooperation, always agree not to customer requirements - remember this when you enter into an agreement.

Verifying a partner is one of the most important stages of organizing a business. With its help you will get rid of a whole range of such problems:

  • Shell companies. There are organizations that have a beautiful website, where all the benefits of cooperation are colorfully described. Only the wrapper does not match the content: after receiving the money, these companies stop communicating. To avoid running into a fly-by-night company, do not transfer money before delivery of the goods. Reliable Chinese suppliers are well aware of the buyer's risk and will not insist on prepayment.
  • Low quality products. D Even today, the quality of goods made in China often leaves much to be desired. Sometimes the buyer receives products that are simply embarrassing to sell later. To avoid this, write down the minimum product quality requirements in the agreement. If they are not met, the supplier will not receive the money and will also have to pay a fine.
  1. check how long the supplier's website has been in existence: if it was registered a month ago or less, it is better to choose another company
  2. study the coordinates: reliable organizations write everything about their location, right down to the office number
  3. check what domain the company’s corporate mail is registered on: if there is no postal service on the seller’s website, then the organization is dubious
  4. read the payment details: it is important that these are the accounts of the company, and not those who work for it
  5. look at all language versions of the site: if the web resource is only in English, then it was made by scammers (real Chinese companies, which is logical, must have a translation into Chinese)
  6. check all lists of fraudulent organizations - they are on the Internet upon request
  7. request documents regulating the company's activities
  8. ask your potential partner to arrange a visit to the production of the product: if the reaction is sharply negative, you have probably contacted scammers

China has its own trade agency - the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Its website publishes information about all companies operating in the Middle Kingdom. If you have a friend who knows Chinese well, he will tell you everything about a potential partner, spending only 5-7 minutes on the department’s website.

Step No. 6. Check the terms of product delivery

Typically, suppliers provide information about the order and delivery of their goods in a separate section of the site. It indicates the prices for supplies of different batches of products and the nuances of customs clearance.

Entrepreneurs who have chosen small wholesale need not think about border control - it will go through without problems. But with larger batches you will have to work hard: all documents must be in order, otherwise the products will not be released outside of China.

Step No. 7. Finding clients

The goods should not sit for a long time - this will not bring profit. Ideally, you need to set up processes so that products are sold before they are delivered. But this cannot be achieved immediately. This means you will have to try different sales methods.

For entrepreneurs who decide to start a business with China, I recommend the following:

Landings

Landing is a “landing” page: clients leave their contact information on it. This is a one-page, bright website where all the benefits of the offer are presented and there is a form for collecting data. Interested visitors enter their phone numbers and email addresses, which are then contacted.

Developing a landing page yourself from scratch is difficult, and the result most likely will not live up to expectations. It is better to order a “landing” page from freelancers. The cost is 7-10 thousand rubles, which is quite a bit compared to future profits.

Groups on social networks

Many companies that are successfully engaged in trading have developed on social networks.

The functionality of groups on sites where people communicate with each other is ideal for resale. You can create several communities for different audiences. The language of communication is simple: you don’t have to describe the benefits of the product formally and beautifully. In addition, it is very easy to convince social network users to buy a product through personal communication.

I wrote about how to promote your group in this article: “”.

Ad aggregators

Sites that collect advertisements for the sale and purchase of goods are the third category of web resources that you definitely need to pay attention to.

A classic example of such a portal is Avito.ru. Every day 7 million visitors come here. The last time I posted an ad here, 500 people viewed it within 24 hours, and the next day a buyer was found.

From personal experience I will say that among my friends there are people who make money by selling goods from China on Avito.

Step No. 8. Testing the product

Be sure to request trial batches from sellers - the risk of running into an outright counterfeit is too great. Once the samples are received, they need to be tested.

How exactly to check a product depends on its type. For example, toys should be made of more or less high-quality plastic that does not stink and does not stain everything it touches. And the clothes must correspond to the specified size (many Chinese companies run very small) and not tear after two or three wears.

Be sure to check all the functions of the product (if it is, for example, a phone). If something doesn’t work, don’t contact the seller again: you can’t count on the fact that the defect is an isolated one. Remember that the success of a business depends on the quality of the product. And it’s better to spend time finding a good supplier than to lose clients before you even have time to open.

What is in demand?

Business with China has existed for a long time, and all businessmen know what to trade.

Clothes, shoes

Even on Aliexpress alone you can dress the whole family, but on other sites there is more choice. Chinese clothing today looks good, more or less true to size and lasts well for 2-3 seasons. Considering its price, the characteristics are not bad.

Car gadgets

Even in an economy class car you can see navigators and video recorders. They are most often purchased from those who supply from China - the quality of the products is the same, and the prices are lower.

The number of cars is growing, which means the number of customers ready to buy various technical innovations will only increase.

Smartphones, tablets

Russian stores sell a bunch of phones made in China, with a markup of 200-300%. When ordering such equipment in China, you can save money. True, not everyone is ready to wait 1-2 months and contact Chinese suppliers.

By ordering new items in advance, you will get a chance to quickly sell your equipment at a good margin and make an instant profit.

Smartphone cases

The same story as with smartphones - the markup on peripherals in Russian stores sometimes reaches 500-1000%! The advantage of selling smartphones is that customers often don’t limit themselves to one or two cases, but buy 5-7 pieces at once.

Disposable plastic goods

The household always needs disposable dishes, hygiene products, and kitchen utensils. All this is sold in stores, but it’s cheaper to order from China.

Having a few dozen toothbrushes, sets of disposable cups and saucers, and towels in stock, you can sell them to customers and make good money. As in the case of cases, in 50% or more cases, buyers purchase several products at once.

Toys

Chinese toys are still of low quality, but is it necessary for a child who will break them anyway?

Parents understand this very well and look for “developers” not in brand stores, but from suppliers from China. Having an assortment of toys for boys and girls, you guarantee yourself customers even in times of crisis.

Large business with China - wholesale purchases

After reading the article, have you decided to open your own online store? Then you will need to order large quantities of goods - you cannot survive on a small wholesale outlet.

This matter has its own nuances. To ensure that everything is in accordance with the law and goes without problems, follow the following sequence of actions:

  • purchasing goods only from a supplier capable of providing certificates and invoices (the price in this case will be higher)
  • passing customs procedures with payment of duties
  • obtaining certificates of conformity (fortunately, this does not apply to all product categories).

Chinese goods reach Russia either by rail or by truck. The latter option is more expensive, but much faster: 2-4 weeks versus several months. You can also order delivery by air, but then you will have to put a price tag on the product that is 3-4 times higher than that of competitors.

Delivery details

The cost of goods purchased in China can be indicated in two options - EXW and FOB. What is the difference?

  • FOB - the price of the goods already includes its delivery to Shanghai (Chinese sorting center, all shipments are distributed here) and the preparation of the necessary papers. The cost of delivery in this case is equal to delivery to the place where your business is opened.
  • If the abbreviation EXW is indicated in the “Price” column, then the seller does not deliver it, but sells the product directly from the factory. In this case, all transportation costs will fall on your shoulders. Typically, the EXW price is lower than the FOB price, since only the direct manufacturers of the products set such a price.

In order for a product to leave China, it must be accompanied by an export license. Without this paper, you and your products will not be allowed out of China. Be sure to ask the supplier whether there is a license to export products or not. Otherwise, you will have to look for a client in China (this is unrealistic without knowing the language) or say goodbye to the money spent.

Business with China is a profitable business. But why are so few people doing it?

Many people think that business is hampered by intense competition, strict government control and a poor economic situation. But this is not at all true: there are so many Chinese goods that, perhaps, everyone can sell them; the state intervenes in the process only at customs; and the fall in household incomes, on the contrary, only stimulates people to pay attention to goods from China.

But there are still factors that make doing business with Chinese companies much more difficult. And you need to know about them before opening your own business.

To become a successful trader of goods from the Middle Kingdom, you must:

  • correctly assess how profitable it is to import and sell a particular product
  • quickly calculate how much a product will cost you
  • successfully negotiate by getting partners to accept your point of view and at the same time understanding when to give in
  • master marketer skills and actively promote products on various platforms

Strive to set up processes so that they run autonomously. In this case, you will be able to control them, quickly make changes and free up time for new projects.

What errors might there be?

No matter what they say, doing business with Chinese suppliers is difficult. Many successful entrepreneurs have hit their stride in their time and now do not make mistakes that cost them profits.

These errors are known, and it would be foolish not to study and remember them.

  1. Lack of purpose. Many people have no idea what a business will become - just a hobby or a full-time income. Because of this, the attitude towards the matter is lax, and there are no results.
  2. Fear of failure. Don’t be afraid to try: it won’t work once, it won’t work twice, but the third time everything will work out well. Fear is not a reason not to open your own business with China if everything else (contacts with suppliers, clients, money) is already there.
  3. Obsession with money. Many people pay too much attention to start-up capital - or rather, the lack thereof. If you don’t have one, start dropshipping - it doesn’t require money at all. Once you make money, you can do a more profitable business.
  4. Reluctance to learn new things. Perhaps the most important mistake that prevents you not only from opening a business with China, but also from living in general. Be prepared for unusual things, interesting features of doing business by the Chinese. If you want, you can understand everything and adapt to everything, and very successfully.

How to work with suppliers?

The fate of your business depends on the reliability of your partner - you can’t cook porridge with a bad salesman. I suggest once again going over the rules of working with suppliers.

This list can be printed separately and hung in a visible place: this way the information will be remembered faster.

  1. Trust, but verify: the activities of Chinese companies should always be monitored.
  2. Officiality is paramount: if you plan to buy something from a seller, be sure to draw up and sign a document.
  3. The client will buy only high-quality goods: test samples and reject them if they do not meet previously agreed upon requirements.
  4. The best contact is through personal communication: you need to talk with the seller directly, without unnecessary intermediaries.
  5. Fix in agreements the procedure for the delivery of defective products.
  6. Keep an eye on the market: perhaps right now another supplier is offering more favorable conditions than the one you are currently cooperating with.
  7. Evaluate all your partner’s activities: not only the quality of the product and the speed of delivery are important, but also the service.

Where to learn?

In the article, I already said that the success of a business depends on who you study and consult with. Therefore, it is important to choose the right mentor to save money and time.

I myself studied this topic for more than a year, attended various paid webinars and courses. As a result, I came to the conclusion that 90% of teachers are not competent and do not even have personal experience.

As a result, I decided to sign up for a free marathon, authored by Evgeny Guryev. For me it was a discovery - the most useful information from a practitioner who earns millions of rubles. I concluded for myself that this is the best coach on the Russian-language Internet: no water and only working techniques.

Just watch this video, in which one of his students talks about his results:

Conclusion

Business with China is not a gold mine, but an idea that can bring good profits. Goods from this country are in steady demand, which is weakly dependent on economic conditions.

You can work with Chinese suppliers without investing your own funds: the talent of the seller and the client base are enough. In general, you can work with companies from the Middle Kingdom with any wallet: for those who are not ready to invest, dropshipping is suitable, for those who want it, an online store is a good option.

You cannot build a successful business with China if you do not go through all the steps of its creation. Act step by step and do not run ahead of the locomotive: a quick victory can give way to a total fiasco.

Try not to make mistakes in your business: of course, you can’t protect yourself from this, but you can reduce their negative impact. The tips that I talked about in detail in one of the sections will help.

This concludes the manual on creating a business with China. If you have any questions about the topic of the article, be sure to write in the comments. We also welcome the opinions of those who have already tried to resell products from the Middle Kingdom: personal experience will make the material better and reveal important nuances.

See you soon on the blog pages!

I have changed, am changing and will change my life for the better.

It is common knowledge that China has emerged as a global trading superpower. Its leadership is largely ensured by cheap products coming from the Middle Kingdom to all corners of our planet. If you join the most powerful Chinese commodity distribution network, you can make good money on this. It is recommended to start such activities only when a high-quality business plan for selling goods from China has been drawn up. Such a document will help not only to calculate all the steps in organizing a business, but also to become familiar with the nuances, of which there are quite a lot in this field of activity.

General concept of the project

The business plan under consideration for the sale of goods from China with payments involves the creation of a trading enterprise that will sell goods according to the “bought in China - sold in Russia” scheme, without affecting the issues of organizing its own production in this country. As is known, production in it is of an exclusively mass nature. The production of batches of a wide variety of goods amounts to hundreds of thousands and millions of products. This partly explains their cheapness, and therefore the profitability of retail outlets selling Chinese products.

The idea of organizing trade in Chinese goods is based on several obvious conclusions.

The first of them is that around us in everyday life there is a huge amount of Chinese products. Perhaps only food products from China do not yet dominate our refrigerators.

The second conclusion, convincingly confirmed by statistics, is that although many people can already independently order goods on Chinese trading platforms, nevertheless, the number of those who prefer to buy the necessary goods directly in Russia and not wait a month for its delivery is not decreasing.

The third belief is to understand the indisputable fact that China is the most virtuoso “master of counterfeits” in the world. Moreover, many well-known brands themselves do this, selling the rights to manufacture certain types of products to Chinese manufacturers. Considering that the quality of production in China is constantly growing, consumers receive quite decent goods from world brands at incomparably lower prices than they could buy them, for example, in Europe.

The business idea of organizing trade in Chinese products is also attractive because you can start implementing it almost alone at very little cost. After promotion, investments in this business will certainly increase, but profits will also increase.

Another nuance of organizing trade with China is that you should not immediately create a “department store” in which you will sell everything, presenting various product groups. You should start with a specific type of product; it is best to determine this based on the demand for goods in your region. This could be clothing, shoes, children's products, tools, spare parts for cars, electronics, etc.

The example of a business plan offered to your attention is designed for such a popular line of business as the sale of spare parts for Chinese cars.

According to specialists from the authoritative media holding Expert, in the coming years Russia will face a “new Chinese automobile invasion.” At the moment, the share of Chinese cars on our roads is relatively small, their number does not exceed 3.9%. But at the same time, we cannot close our eyes to the fact that just 2 years ago this figure did not exceed 1.8%. Taking advantage of the favorable geopolitical and economic situation, Chinese automakers have become significantly more active and are beginning an attack on the domestic car market in all directions at once, including organizing and expanding their own production facilities in the Russian Federation. These aspirations are clearly demonstrated by the list of Chinese automakers present on our market. But that’s not all, the list of players from the Middle Kingdom is constantly growing. For comparison, now on the Russian car market there are: German brands – 6, Korean – 3, Chinese – 11 (!). The leading among them are 4 companies: Chery, Lifan, Geely and Great Wall.

The presence of Chinese auto giants is manifested not only in the fact that more and more of their factories are opening in our country, but also in the fact that the dealer and service infrastructure is gradually beginning to expand. Many Chinese automakers are already immediately entering the market with a ready-made package of solutions for the supply of cars and their service.

Of course, what attracts Russians to Chinese cars is primarily the price, although as the quality of production improves, it gradually increases. Demand is constrained by the lack of special prestige of the models and the lack of experience in their long-term operation. In addition, to this day, Chinese models are characterized by very low liquidity in the secondary car market. Considering that the production costs of Chinese cars are low, no problems are stopping Chinese automakers from seeking to expand their presence in the domestic market. Evidence of this is the tendency to strive to solve one of the oldest problems - providing owners of Chinese cars with spare parts. Until recently, this issue was one of the most “hot” in the attitude of Russians to the Chinese automobile industry as a whole. But it is already obvious that many companies are concerned not only with the quality of the cars they produce, but also with the creation of a service network in Russia and the supply of spare parts.

That is why organizing trade in spare parts from China is, in this particular situation, a very attractive option from the point of view of choosing commercial products.

Description of the object

A trading facility for the sale of spare parts for Chinese cars and other related products is designed to solve the following socio-economic problems:

  • Satisfying consumer demand for spare parts for Chinese cars.
  • Making a profit by creating a highly profitable enterprise.
  • Creation of new jobs.
  • Replenishment of the local budget by deducting taxes from enterprise profits.

The premises for the Chinese spare parts store are selected in the business part of the city. It is advisable that it be located near large car markets, service stations and dealership centers. Considering the prospect of expanding the assortment of Chinese goods, the store should be located in places with the highest traffic volume during the working hours of the retail facility.

This business plan assumes the use of rented premises with an area of at least 200 square meters. meters. This will allow it to accommodate all the necessary storage facilities, a sales area, and staff rooms.

To equip the store, standard commercial and technological equipment is purchased, the cost of which is indicated in the summary table.

Organizational and legal form

The best option for creating a store selling spare parts for Chinese cars is to register the founder as an individual entrepreneur. At the initial stage of implementing a business idea, this will significantly simplify the registration of a retail facility, will not require significant bureaucratic red tape, and will make it possible to apply a preferential tax regime: UTII. According to it, the declaration is submitted to the tax authorities once a quarter, UST and 3-NDFL are paid, which does not require creating your own accounting department and allows you to outsource accounting.

Recruitment

To ensure the normal functioning of the facility and fulfill the profitability indicators laid down in the business plan, it is necessary to have the following staff:

Job title Number of full-time employees Salary amount (thousand rubles in mc) Total personnel costs (thousand rubles in mc)
Store director (at the initial stage of project implementation, duties are performed by the founder) 1 25 25
Commodity expert 1 14 14
Art. salesman 2 22 44
Store sellers 2 17 34
Total 117

The following working hours are established for the company's employees:

  • Commodity manager – 5-day work week from 10:00 to 19:00.
  • Sellers - 12-hour shifts (2 people per shift work two days every other day).

The store's opening hours are from 09:00 to 21:00.

In order to increase employee motivation, it is planned to introduce a bonus system based on the payment of bonuses in the amount of 10% of above-predicted revenue.

Product range

As mentioned above, an important factor for success in this business is a clear definition of the range of products that the store will sell. To do this, even at the stage of developing a business plan, the founder needs to study the needs of the local market for auto parts for Chinese cars. Our document uses statistics on the average distribution of models of Chinese automakers among Russian motorists.

For this purpose the following is also carried out:

  • Collection of information on the availability of dealership centers and the level of car sales for specific brands and models.
  • Collecting sales information from car dealerships.
  • Analysis of statistics of private advertisements for sales of Chinese-made cars.
  • Analysis of advertisements in the media and the Internet about the need for spare parts.
  • Study of statistics of the most frequent breakdowns by models from Chinese automakers.

Our business plan for selling goods from China with calculations is based on the fact that the range of spare parts sold should be focused on owners of such car brands as:

  • Great Wall.
  • Chery.
  • Geely.
  • LIFAN.

The most important condition for the smooth operation of the store is the selection of reliable suppliers of spare parts. It is assumed that these will be wholesale companies that have proven themselves well on the Russian market:

  • ADK (GlavAvtoSnab company).
  • Group of companies KITPARTS.
  • Vin Motors Company.

These suppliers have a wide range of spare parts for various models of Chinese cars, and quickly deliver them at reasonable prices. You can place an order with them online.

Marketing and advertising

In order to promote the store's products and increase sales volumes, it is planned to carry out ongoing activities aimed at improving the company's reputation and attracting new customers.

The following methods will be used for this:

  • Publishing flyers and banners.
  • Advertising on elements of urban infrastructure and cars.
  • Announcements on local radio and television.
  • Dissemination of information about the store in car dealerships and service stations.
  • Development of your own website and work through social networks.

The store premises are equipped with a bright sign with lighting elements.

Financial plan

Capital cost estimate for opening a store:

Capital expenditure items Amount of expenses (in rub.)
Purchase of trade and technological equipment (display displays, racks, cash registers, etc.) 350 000
Purchase of spare parts and formation of inventory 3 000 000
Payment of expenses for repairs to the premises 300 000
Total 3 650 000

Thus, over 84% of capital costs are the cost of purchasing spare parts for Chinese cars. Financing of purchases is carried out by obtaining a commercial loan in the amount of 3 million rubles for 24 billing periods at 17.5% per annum. Interest payments and repayment of borrowed funds begin from the 1st month of project implementation.

The calculation of the cost of production and the projected volume of revenue was made based on the average statistical value of the trade margin for these retail facilities of 40-50%. In some cases, the size of the trade markup may increase to 70%.

The calculation is based on the terms of renting a premises with an area of 250 sq. meters.

Total project costs for 1 month of store operation will be (in rubles):

Analysis of expenses and projected revenue volume of an enterprise allows you to calculate its profit and profitability:

Thus, with the amount of capital investment in the project being 3,650,000 million rubles, the trading enterprise will recoup the investment in 28.5 months. At the same time, the store will receive a monthly profit of 128,000 rubles.

Conclusion

The creation of an object for trading goods from China at this time and in the foreseeable future will be a profitable business for a number of factors. It is associated with medium-level risks and is easily diversified. With competent organization of interaction with suppliers, the company has good prospects for expanding its range, increasing the volume of goods sold, and creating its own regional-level distribution network.

Hello, dear readers! It's time to summarize all the information about Business with China into one complete guide. There are a lot of articles on the site, and today I have put everything together so that you can get one complete picture in your head about doing business with China in the resale of goods and you know where to start!

  1. What do we mean by business with China and how does it work;
  2. Where to start a business with China in the resale of goods and what is needed for this;
  3. Where to buy goods, how to do it and how to sell.

As usual, I write everything from personal experience. So, a complete guide to doing business with China!

What is business with China and what is its essence?

When I talk about business with China, I mean the resale of goods from China. Those. bought goods in China, sold them in Russia. This will be discussed further. Resale only!

I won't touch on manufacturing in China because it is a very labor-intensive process. And if you have money for it, then it is better to spend it on consulting specialists in this field. Therefore, do not ask me questions regarding production in China if you do not have at least several million rubles for this. Nobody in China will make you 10 pieces of something. Production is measured in thousands. I'm talking about conveyor (factory) production, not underground production.

Why business with China is still considered profitable

It has always been profitable and will continue to be profitable for a long time. Just look around in your apartment and you will understand that most electronics and household appliances are made in China, clothes are sewn in China, etc. Everything is brought from there!

Fact No. 1. Russia will not learn to produce stylish clothes, good electronics, etc. for a long time. I love my country, but nothing can be done about it, I have no faith that everything will change quickly in Russia. I would be only too glad, but alas, for now we have what we have.

Fact No. 2. Although many people can already order goods from China on the same Aliexpress, there will always be those who find it easier to buy from you in Russia and receive their purchase now or in a few days than to wait a month, or even more, for the order to arrive from Aliexpress . If it were otherwise, the stores in Mega and other shopping centers would have been empty for a long time.

Fact No. 3. China is the world's largest counterfeiter of famous brands. Many brands have production in China, and within a month after the release of any brand new product, exact copies (counterfeits) appear on the Chinese markets at a price several times lower. Nobody can compete with China in this, which means we will always buy the goods we need there.

There are many more things that could be listed, but I think that 3 facts are enough.

Is it possible to start a business in China without investments or only with investments?

Business with China without investments is not possible! No way. At a minimum, you will need investments for goods, advertising, a website, etc.

You will say that there is dropshipping with China. I agree! But no one has canceled investments in the website and advertising (at least).

Possible with investments. But only initially you need to calculate the amount of investment to implement your idea.

Who can do business with China

Now I will give several criteria that are mandatory, in my opinion:

  1. You must have an interest in this. If you are interested in Buy and Sell activities, then this is for you.
  2. You must have free time. The more, the faster you will receive the results of your labors.
  3. You should have at least a superficial understanding of how online sales work and know the types of advertising.
  4. You must have at least a modern computer or laptop.
  5. You must be a confident PC and Internet user.
  6. You must be able to see immediately what is profitable and what is not.
  7. You should not have any questions about what markup to make on the product, etc. This is easy to check by comparing prices in China with your competitors in Russia and making a calculation for the 1st grade level of the school (Sale price - price in China = markup). In any commerce, no matter whether it is China or not, you must be able to count, and especially money.
  8. You must be able to find products that are in demand.
  9. You should not have the last of your money, but free money, which you don’t mind losing if something happens.
  10. You must be prepared to learn a lot of new information.

And you don’t need to believe all sorts of pseudo-gurus on the Internet that you can start a business with China without investment, spending 20 minutes a day on it and working from your phone. All this is a temptation to buy information courses. There is only 1 course that really teaches and in which there is a real breakdown of sales of goods from China. But you can read about it below if you are interested.

Where to start a business with China in the resale of goods

Below there will be step-by-step instructions, but... a lot has already been written on my website, I will provide links to some points so that you can read more.

Step 1. Idea for business with China - what to sell

First you need to find an idea:

  1. What do you want to sell;
  2. Why this particular product;
  3. How will you sell it;
  4. Who is your potential client;
  5. How much can you earn from this;
  6. Where in the end is it better for you to purchase goods?

I will talk about many things in more detail below. But after your analysis, the idea should look like this.

Example:

  1. I will sell bags;
  2. Because it has no dimension, but has constant demand;
  3. Since the assortment is large, it will be an online store + a group on VKontakte + an Instagram account;
  4. I will initially focus on the female audience, because... they change them more often, in the future I will add a men’s range;
Or I’ll start selling men’s bags first, because I understand this product and know that their prices are often higher, which means a higher markup + I’m a man myself and understand the male audience better.
  5. After looking at 100 sites selling men's bags and sites where you can buy them in China, I saw that you can mark up 100% on the product, which will allow you to double the money invested in the product from the sale. By investing 20,000 rubles. I will receive 40,000 rubles. Let’s subtract money for advertising, etc. from this. still makes a good profit. + there is a run-up for discounts.
  6. Since I don’t have money for wholesale, and I need to test it on a smaller amount first, I’ll stop at the Taobao website. If I live in Moscow, then it still makes sense to go to the Sadovod market.

Example 2:

  1. I will be selling the Scholl Heel File;
  2. Because this product is actively advertised even on TV and there is a great demand for it;
  3. Since there is only one product, I will sell through the Landing Page (one-page website) + VKontakte group + Instagram account. I will use contextual advertising to drive traffic to a one-page site.
  4. Women and girls from 20 to 45 years old with average and above average income (since with a low income they are better off buying pumice).
  5. Having looked at 100 competitors’ websites, the average price for this file is 2000 rubles, but in China I can buy it for 600 rubles. Good twist. If you consider that there are thousands of requests on the Internet, you can make good money.
  6. Since I have one product, I will consider purchasing on the 1688 or Taobao website. If I live in Moscow, then it still makes sense to go to the Sadovod market.

And the more detailed your diagram and your analysis, the more accurate the results will be. I advise you to choose more than 10 niches, analyze and test each one, and then engage in those that are most interesting and profitable for you.

What is profitable to sell from China?

The answer is simple - anything! Everything you can sell and what EXACTLY will be profitable for you to sell.

You should initially approach this from the profit side: “This product costs 1000 rubles in Russia, but I found it in China for 200 rubles. It’s profitable, buy for 200, sell for 1,000.” And not vice versa!

I can’t tell you what exactly to sell you. Because Everyone has a different vision of the market and not everyone can sell everything. Selecting a product is an individual process for everyone. I know people who earn hundreds of thousands a month from women's bracelets. But I wouldn’t be able to sell women’s bracelets the way they sell, which means I wouldn’t be able to earn the same amount of money. I hope you understand what I mean?!

To find ideas for business with China, the following articles will help you:

Step 2. Where and how to buy goods in China wholesale and retail

The basis of those sites where you can purchase goods:

  1. Taobao
  2. Aliexpress
  3. Alibaba

The first 2 are retail, the second 2 are wholesale. I work with Taobao for retail and 1688 for wholesale! But very often I look for suppliers on Alibaba (I don’t buy there, but I look for suppliers and correspond with them!!!)

But you can also buy in Russia (Moscow) at.

To work with these sites and, in principle, to find suppliers, the following articles will help you:

For purchases on all sites except Aliexpress you will need an intermediary, because purchasing on your own is very problematic and sometimes risky! The intermediary buys your goods without risk for a percentage and sends them to you in one order. Issues with customs also fall on the shoulders of the intermediary, so you simply receive your goods in your city. It's convenient and simple!

You can find your own intermediary, or you can use mine. I wrote about him in the article: .

Step 3. Test the niche

When you have collected a list of ideas, analyzed the demand, and found a product, then it’s time to start testing the niche. I wrote about this in detail in an article about.

In short, the process consists of quickly creating a website (can be copied from competitors), setting up test advertising with a minimum budget and receiving applications for the purchase of your products. If there are a lot of requests, then it is worth purchasing goods and starting active sales. If not, then we test another idea. We continue this way until the tests show positive results.

By testing BEFORE purchasing products, you save a lot of money!

Step 4. How to sell and ship goods from China to customers

There are many ways to sell:

  1. Social networks (Vkontakte - groups, Instagram - account);
  2. Online store
  3. Notice boards (Avito)
  4. Single-page sites (Landing Page)
  5. Offline store (outlet)

I can’t tell you anything about offline sales, because... did not open brick-and-mortar stores. I only worked on the Internet.

Here is a selection of articles on sales tools:

Here are articles on sending products to customers and accepting payment:

Step 5. What we have as a result

Let's go through the first 4 steps and in the end we get:

  1. You have chosen a product, decided on a niche;
  2. You know where to buy goods;
  3. You have tested the products and you still have those that gave the best results after the test;
  4. You know how you will advertise and sell products;
  5. All that remains is to purchase goods and increase advertising and sales volumes.

Business training with China

I am self-taught, I have not studied with anyone and now I am not teaching anyone. But I didn’t come to the product business as a newbie in the Internet business; I knew how to make websites myself, set up advertising, etc. Accordingly, I studied only the product part, but still spent a lot of time, effort and money on self-study and tests, which were not always successful.

If you don’t want to spend a lot of time getting your head around, you can learn from someone.

I only recommend one person to you , who can really teach the commodity business on the Internet is Roman Kolesnikov. Here is information about his course. There are also free lessons!

This is the only person I know who is primarily engaged in business selling goods and only teaches in addition! Those. he is truly a practitioner, whose knowledge is growing every day, because he is still in this business. Over all this time, he has achieved good results and often shares them on the pages of my website!

He will teach you from scratch how to achieve success in selling Chinese goods, from searching for goods to setting up advertising, creating a website and working with clients. FROM AND TO.

But, I repeat once again, it’s up to you to study or not. Roman's course is just my recommendation for those who have decided to study and are wondering who to go to. If such a course had been available when I started, I would definitely have taken advantage of it.

I am often asked to give some advice to beginners. I also collected these:

  1. Start with little money and gradually increase your turnover. Any undertaking carries the risk of being left with nothing. Therefore, try with minimal investment, and when everything starts to work out, invest more money.
  2. If you are completely new to business with China, then I would advise you to learn from someone (I wrote above), because the market is developing very quickly and you may not be able to keep up with your competitors by learning on your own. But here everything is purely individual.
  3. Analyze competitors, products and demand as deeply as possible. It’s not always enough to just point your finger and say: “I want to sell this...”. You may want it, but will they buy it? Therefore, first of all, evaluate the requests on the Internet (I gave the link above to assess the demand), look at prices on Chinese sites, prices from competitors, and then decide whether it’s worth trying or not.
  4. If you are not interested, then better not start. Burn out quickly. This has long been proven in any business. Routine is everywhere and at first you will have to do most of the work.
  5. Don’t believe those who say they will teach you to work 2 hours a day and earn big money, this is a scam. It has long been proven.
  6. All products need to be touched. Therefore, order the product for yourself, touch it and then sell it. This way you will be more confident in the quality of the product and will be able to tell more about it.
  7. At first, do everything yourself, and then delegate. Otherwise, you won't be able to grow quickly.
  8. Don’t focus only on sales in your city, don’t make my mistakes. Sell immediately throughout Russia.
  9. Don't be afraid of competition, it exists in any business. And where there is no business, there is no business.
  10. Be honest with customers, provide excellent service, fight for the quality of the product and come up with all sorts of promotions, discounts, gifts, etc. Make your client happy and then the client will make you happy.

Business with China and laws

Everyone must understand that any business activity must be registered and taxes must be paid on any income. Therefore, business with China is the same business and the same rules apply. Which means:

  1. You need to register a business (IP or LLC);
  2. Pay taxes;
  3. Have documents for the goods.

But I’ll make a reservation right away. Everyone, without exception, starts earning money without registering or paying taxes. This is logical! And I would advise you to try it first, and when things get going and you receive a stable income, then register your business.

May the gentlemen forgive me. authorities, but personally, I don’t see the point in registering a business for those who have sold 3-10 products and can’t do any more. In this connection, the activity ceases. But when you have been working profitably for several months and know that you will continue to do this, then you need to register the business. If, when registering an individual entrepreneur, they had done the first year without taxes and contributions, then I would have changed my opinion, because... no one loses anything. But not yet.

We have been working as individual entrepreneurs for a long time and there is nothing scary about it, as many may think.

(makes the work much easier).

  • If your products are subject to mandatory certification, then an article about.
  • That's all. Nothing complicated!

    Answers to frequently asked questions

    — Is it possible to start a business with China without investment?

No. Only with investments, but possible with minimal ones.

    - How much income should I start with as an individual entrepreneur?

As long as your conscience allows it. There are no such amounts. By law you need to open immediately from day one! If logically, then I described above. But there are no definite amounts, it all depends on you.

    — Is it possible to purchase in China without an intermediary?

You will get a bunch of hemorrhoids, believe me! Everyone who doesn’t believe and tries, then asks me questions like: “Nikolai, what should I do, the goods were detained at customs” or “Nikolai, what should I do, all the goods came to me defective.” To avoid all this, there is an intermediary.

    — Give me the contacts of your intermediary!?!

In the article about the intermediary (given above), I wrote where to go for an intermediary. Those who apply through the site (Ask a Question) all receive contacts of a person I have verified in China.

    - Nikolay, advise me, of course it’s not free!

I do not provide consultations, paid or free. If you want to learn, I gave a link to Roman’s course above, he’s a pro!

    - If I don’t understand anything about this, I don’t have a computer, only a phone, how can I start?

No way! Better look for something else for yourself. And in some cases it is better to look for a job. I'm not judging you, I just can't help you.

Do you think no one asks such questions? Catch:

As questions come in, I will add them here.

In conclusion, I would like to wish you good luck in all your endeavors! Do what you like, learn and become better! Read my website, or better yet, subscribe to new articles, there’s a lot of interesting stuff here!

    Best regards, Schmidt Nikolay

    Business with China for beginners

Starting your own business is not an easy task, but after studying all the rules and features of working with Chinese suppliers, you can achieve success and start earning good money.

There are 3 ways to organize a business built on selling things from China:

    • A store.
    • Online store.
    • Combination of a retail outlet and an online store.

The easiest way to start is by creating a store on the Internet.

In this case, there is no need to obtain a large quantity, open a point, hire employees or pay for renting premises.

However, you should still register the store.

Chinese goods today occupy a large part of the Russian market, and things are of both high and low quality.

To start activities, an investment of up to 50,000 rubles will be sufficient, which is required for the development of the site and the purchase of a minimum set of goods.

The scheme of working with China is very simple:

    1. The product is purchased via the Internet from a supplier in China.
    2. Delivery is made to Russia.
    3. The price of a product increases.
    4. Sale in progress.

The minimum time required to fully develop a business and establish sales, as well as recoup investments, is about 2 months.

A novice businessman will quickly understand the trading process and will be able to reach a higher level by expanding the range.

How to start a business with China: 10 trading business ideas

The essence of business with China is the purchase and resale of various things.

However, it is possible or a retail outlet of various types.

Most often they order in China and then resell:

    • Cosmetics.
    • Clothes for women, men and children.
    • Shoes.
    • Toys.
    • Office.
    • Underwear.
    • Household chemicals.
    • Dishes.
    • Textile.
    • Household appliances and electronics.

In order to start trading, it is not necessary to buy all the goods and rent a warehouse to store them.

You can initially order a product from a supplier after it receives an order from consumers.

In order for your store to flourish and more customers to appear, you need to carefully monitor the quality of the purchased goods and, if a defect is detected, return it to the seller or exchange it.

Returning a low-quality product is always an unpleasant and lengthy procedure.

The inability to “touch the product” and visually evaluate its appearance.

Often what they send is very different from the photos on the website.

      Waiting for delivery to Russia.

Average delivery time is one week to three months.

Despite the fact that now, in the era of the Internet, everyone can place an order from China on their own without overpaying, people still prefer to purchase goods through intermediaries.

The intermediary seller guarantees quality, compliance of the goods with the photo and description, as well as fast delivery.

At the initial stage of work, you may encounter dishonesty of the manufacturer, poor quality of the product and unwillingness to return the money spent.

In order for a business to develop and stay afloat, it is necessary to build it gradually, performing all the necessary actions.

Steps required to open and develop a business with China:

      Studying the business model.

The most common of them are: joint procurement and work via the Internet.

      Resource calculation.

Resources include not only the amount of money in a bank account, but also the presence of certain experience, the ability to do business with foreign suppliers and attract buyers.

If you don’t have such experience, it’s best to start with dropshipping: working through an intermediary.

      This minimizes the risk.
