Despite the fact that it is called planned, partner companies are afraid that the next step will be the withdrawal of assets and the deliberate bankruptcy of the organization. Considering her financial situation, these fears cannot be called groundless.
NOT THE FIRST SUIT

In their opinion, in the current situation, the withdrawal of assets is very likely - if the property is not collateral. The Bely Frigate group of companies (main assets in the Oryol region), which has not paid several suppliers of feed and premixes, begins slaughtering poultry at its enterprises. Miratorg and the Megamix group, which are trying to collect debts of several hundred million rubles from the company, fear the possible withdrawal of assets before possible bankruptcy. The group itself told Kommersant about the start of poultry slaughter at the White Frigate enterprises (located in the Oryol, Bryansk and Volgograd regions). “The suspension of production and slaughter of poultry is planned and serves to improve the health of the premises. We plan to resume work on May 24th. There are no force majeure circumstances. The emerging information about employee layoffs is unreliable,” the group’s press service explained. But the suppliers themselves fear the possible withdrawal of the White Frigate’s assets and the possible bankruptcy of the group’s companies.
