Learn all about skyscrapers

First, we will walk around the "island of glass and concrete", admire the glass buildings from below, learn the history of the complex and the features of each of the towers. Then, on the elevator, which rises at a speed of 7 m/s, the guys will get to the observation deck, which has no analogues in Moscow. The view from here is really impressive! From a height of 230 meters, we will look at the whole of Moscow and the objects of Moscow City. The children will learn what a skyscraper consists of, how its stability and safety are ensured. The questions “how does the concrete rise”, “how long are the piles” and “how do they deliver water to a height of more than 300 meters” will not remain unanswered.

Quest game with interactive tasks!

Then we will move on to the game part of the tour: the guys will have to complete an important mission and cope with a variety of tasks! Children under 13 become rescuers who need to have time to defuse the "bomb" hidden somewhere in Moscow City. Our participants will try to find the source of danger: by this time they already know the complex very well and must cope with this difficult task!

For children from 14 years old and older, we have prepared a more difficult quest. During the walk we will find a closed chest left by a foreign visitor. Until now, his secret has not been solved: the chest remains locked. Participants will have to solve complex but interesting tasks to figure out what's what. The intrigue will continue last moment!

The reward for the efforts of the participants and the completed mission will be magnets with the image of their favorite Moscow City tower! And if the quest takes place as part of, for example, a birthday celebration, then we can also hide your gift.

As a result The tour will turn into a real adventure! New information will be perfectly remembered thanks to the tasks of the quest, and vivid emotions will leave a walk around Moscow City in the memory of the children for a long time.

We would recommend adding more exclusive accommodations to the itinerary so that you can visit non-general accessible places and the museum. In addition, it is unreasonable that the ascent and view costs extra money, and besides, no one offered us VR glasses, although ordinary visitors had them. Thanks

Margarita, thank you for visiting our program. We are glad that there are no complaints about the content of the excursion and the quest, but the details that you paid attention to can be easily explained:
1) our program takes place on the observation deck. We talk about it in the program description. It's really a public place. No one will allow you to conduct quests in your personal apartments, and this is not interesting either. The area is smaller, the view from the windows, respectively, is worse. And this is not our format.

2) Indeed, tickets to the site are additionally paid. We also write about this in the program description.

3) VR glasses are additional service for a surcharge. You, too, could use it like other visitors to the Museum. This was not required when completing the quest, so we did not offer you.

Carefully read the description of the program, then you will know in advance all the details of the event you are going to.

Sincerely, Galina

Good afternoon. Were on the quest on October 20 with a group of children 14 people aged 11 years. All the children really liked it. At school, they shared a lot of impressions with classmates. Some of the children decided that in the future they would live in Moscow City: face_with_tears_of_joy:. Thanks a lot guide Natalia for the interesting hours spent with us.

I liked the tour, Natalia started with a story about the history of the construction of the Moscow City towers, went around them, learned the names, then went up to the observation deck in the elevator and the children already continued (there was a quest) without adults)) All children (10 years old) tour-quest liked it. Recommend for toddlers and toddlers school age!

There are no questions about the excursion to the Moscow-City complex, it is interesting and understandable. But it is difficult to call it an excursion-quest. Since at the end of the tour you will be offered to solve several logical problems within 40 minutes on the closed observation deck on the 58th floor of the tower, practically without moving. There are a lot of strangers around, visitors to the site who are watching what is happening, the site is small and it cannot be called a quest. If you have ever visited quests, then you will not be impressed. My opinion is that for an hour tour 7000 + the price of climbing to the observation deck is expensive. There is a free guide on the observation deck and you will only pay for the ascent, although the guide's story will be shorter.

Tatyana, thank you for your feedback, because you described the points that you should pay attention to before ordering this program. But let me correct you, since it is not entirely correct and explain the details you described:
1) the quest really takes place on a closed observation deck. There is one open in Moscow City. But for children it is dangerous.
2) to leave the place or not is the choice of the participants. There were mostly adults in your company, so they didn’t want to run around the site. As a rule, children rush around the observation deck, look under the exhibits and in all corners in search of an answer.
3) our quest, like any other, really contains logical tasks. But they are very different:
- you need to look in search of an answer in everything! windows (view almost 330 degrees).
- unravel the chain
- open the safe lock
- open the cryptex
- collect an electronic luminous map of Moscow
At the end of the special effect in the form of smoke throughout the site.
4) our quest is really different from others - it is NOT to leave the room, it is an educational and entertaining event. Here, the main prize is NOT to get free, but to find presents, "go crazy" and play with safe smoke. And, of course, the joy of correct answers.
5) and the site is not small, it occupies half a floor of a skyscraper. To make sure, I recommend to look at the photo gallery here http://museum.citymoscow.ru/ This quest takes place here.

Our event is just that! Please come to it if you expect exactly this format.

Best regards, Galina

Many thanks to the organizer Galina! Everything was resolved promptly! Our guide Natalia held the whole "event" at the highest level! Interesting, friendly, easy! I liked the Empire Tower Museum, where the quest took place! We were very lucky with the weather, so the walk-excursion around the towers was very pleasant! Even adult guides learned a lot! Listen carefully! All then you will need to solve the quest! Museum visitors looked at our group with interest!!! Thank you for a real holiday for my birthday, for my 16th birthday!!! The girls are very happy. ;) I recommend. Good for a group of 9 people!

Booked this tour for my 14 year old son's birthday. Both he and his friends enjoyed it very much. Especially the end of the quest. We were happy with the little surprise. Learned a lot of new and interesting information. Everything was fun. I will definitely recommend this tour.

Guide Natalia made a wonderful tour for a group of 13-year-old children. On the way home, the children did not stop talking about the whole excursion and exchanged impressions. An interesting quest with an unexpected ending was organized for the children. The children were happy to complete all the tasks of the quest.

Visited with a class excursion, children 12-13 years old. The weather was not very lucky, strong wind, the guide was not very audible. Children rather wanted to go from the street into the room. The weather conditions did not depend of course on the organizers of this tour, but the guide tried very hard and in every possible way attracted the attention of the children to herself, her story and an overview of the skyscrapers. But when the children got inside the tower on the 60th floor, they were all “greatly impressed” and listened attentively to the rest of the interesting stories about the Moscow City towers. And "QUEST" in general captured them completely, they were very interested!!! Children nowadays are becoming more and more difficult to surprise, they succeeded. Thank you very much for this tour! and for going to the meeting at the expense of our request to hand over to the children the Certificates previously prepared by us. Children will remember this event for a lifetime!

Hello! We visited the excursion-quest with students of the 6th grade. The age of children is 11-12 years old. The opinions of the children were divided. Some liked it very much, some were dissatisfied. I think this happened because not all children were involved in the game. There were 18 children and 4 adults in the group. There are only two schemes for assembling, nine people near them cannot even fit with difficulty. Therefore, some guys, left out of work, just ran around the room. From experience, I can say that the maximum number of children should be 8-10 people, or more props should be used with the expectation of 4-5 people per scheme. And at least 3 caskets and three robots. The quest as a whole, in my opinion, is built interestingly. Particularly impressive ending. There were no disappointments here. As for the tour, it's about nothing. Formally, what are the names of the towers, what is the height. Even the guys said that all this can be viewed on the Internet. There was nothing interesting to draw attention to. The route cannot be called a route. We stood on the road, near the roadway, listened for about 15 minutes and next to Afimol for about 10 minutes. This should still be corrected. We did not get to the Bagration bridge, we did not see the tree of life. Adults who paid 900 rubles each to get up to the platform were clearly discouraged by the price (for what, in fact, did they pay such money?). Yes, and a children's excursion is not cheap. With a rise -1150 rubles (this is without taking into account travel). I also didn’t like the fact that there is no free support. Paying 900 rubles per person for escort is very expensive. And for 18 children, there should be at least two accompanying children. The organizers must take this into account and allocate funds for this from the profits received, or negotiate with the site owners. As for the organization of the event and payment, there are no complaints here - everything is clear and fast. Special thanks to Galina! In general, I would recommend the event as a birthday quest, but not as a school trip.

Home birthday is a cozy family holiday. At home, children feel comfortable, because the atmosphere is familiar and everything you need is at hand. Yes, and it’s easier for parents when the birthday boy and guests are within the apartment - you don’t need to catch them by entertainment center or make sure that they do not land in some dangerous place in nature. But all children love competitions and entertainment, which is not so easy to hold in an apartment. The way out is to arrange a quest for the children at home. You can organize an exciting adventure in one room, or you can make the whole apartment a field for action, including a balcony and a bathroom.

The home quest does not provide for any active and mobile tasks, because the space for action is limited. For him, it is better to select tasks for logic, riddles, crossword puzzles and other similar tasks.

Here is an example and inspiration for a quest for children at home, the scenario of which can be studied below.

Our quest will be divided into five stages. This is the amount recommended by professionals who work with children. In general, there can be from 3 to 10 stages, but we took the average value so that the participants do not go through the adventure too quickly, but children can get tired of a scenario that is too long. The quest is without a specific theme, which means you can arrange it in the style of your holiday. Main character— the wise Owl, who hid the treasure and gives the children clues to find it.

First stage

We are preparing an envelope with the text of the first stage. We also print an image of an owl on the printer. You can copy it directly from here, save it to your computer and print it. You also need to print the hint text from the first step. Then we glue the picture with the owl on the cardboard, and on the other hand the printed hint. We cut the cardboard and get a finished puzzle that can be put into an envelope along with the text of the task.

Second phase

For the second stage, we print out the alphabet with the decoding of numbers and encrypted words.

Here are the words of the riddle:

And here is the decryption:

We also print the text of the task, wrap it all together in a bundle, glue it under any chair with tape.

Third stage

For the third stage, you will need a tight bag or several bags, in which we will wrap the task so that it does not get wet, because the hint will be in a kettle of water.

We hide pieces of paper with words and numbers in the bag - each has one word and one number. First you need to think about what the children will count. These can be steps between floors, flower pots on all windows in the apartment, books on a shelf, etc. Here you already need to look at what you have at home that you can count. We also select several household items or interior items and write their names on pieces of paper with numbers. On a piece of paper with the correct number, we write the object in which the next clue is hidden. Let's take a refrigerator as an example.

Fourth stage

We put the printed message from the Owl in a conspicuous place or attach it to the refrigerator with a magnet. We hide a secret letter in the refrigerator. To make it more interesting for children to search, hide it more securely, for example, in a jar from under something. Then the participants will have to open all the banks. And yes, after the quest you will have to put things in order in the refrigerator)

The note hidden in the fridge looks like this:

Fifth stage

For the fifth stage, we prepare four pieces of paper with letters: W, K, A, F. We hide the letters in different parts of the washing machine - some in the drum, and some in the compartment for washing powder. You can also stick the letter on the back wall or mix with linen.

We also print out a message from the Owl and put it on a typewriter or stick it with tape in a conspicuous place.

Completion of the quest - hide the treasure in the closet. You can choose any closet available in the apartment, just don’t hide the treasure deep on the shelf so that the children don’t have to turn over all the contents of the closet, and you need to put things in order after the holiday.

What to use as treasure?

Since we have many participants, the contents of the treasure should be enough for everyone. The universal option is sweets. You can add souvenirs, small toys to them, for girls - elastic bands and hairpins.

You can order prizes with a photo of the birthday boy - fridge magnets, key rings, cups. Such nominal souvenirs will remain for little guests as a keepsake of the holiday.

First stage

For him, we will prepare an envelope with the first task. The host opens the envelope and reads the task.

“Dear participants! We begin an adventure that will lead you to the treasure trove of the wise Owl. And the first task from Owl is to collect her portrait”

Participants assemble a puzzle with the image of an owl. On the reverse side puzzle has a clue that will lead to the next task.

Hint text: “You sat on the hint, but did not see it.” The children must guess that the hint is somewhere in the chairs and they must find it. The task is complicated by the fact that there are many chairs, and the next task is only under one of them.

Second phase

The host reads the Owl task: Guys, you did an excellent job with the first task! It's your turn to unravel the message that will lead you to the next stage.

Children guess the words, put together the phrase “Blows bubbles, boils quickly”. Now we have to guess what it is. I think the children will cope with this task quickly and understand that this is a teapot. So the next cache we have is in the teapot.

Third stage

In the teapot, the children find a bundle with a note from the wise Owl.

The facilitator reads the message to the participants:

“Dear kids! At this stage, several clues await you at once, but only one of them is correct. And which one, the code will tell. You will know the code if you count correctly all the flowers on the windowsills in the apartment (all steps, all benches, all books, etc.)”

Kids count and determine the correct number and the correct clue. If you took, as in our example, a refrigerator, then the children go to the refrigerator.

Fourth stage

The host reads a message from the Owl: “Dear participants! I see that you easily overcome all difficulties and each time you get closer to my treasure. But this task is not so easy. You will have to try hard to get the next clue. I have a secret letter for you to find. But finding it is not enough, you also need to read it. And you just can't read it. To do this, you will need one item that every house has, but which one, you need to guess”

The guys are looking for a secret letter in the refrigerator. When they find it, they must guess for themselves that it can be read with the help of a mirror. We find a mirror in the apartment and read the riddle. The answer to the riddle is a washing machine, which means that the next clue is hidden to it. We go to the washing machine.

Fifth stage - final

Leading: “Well, guys, you are almost at the goal! You have to go through one stage and guess where the treasure is hidden. And the scattered letters will help you guess. They hid, so they must be found, combined into a word, which will point you to the place where you will find the treasure.

Participants look for letters hidden on and in the washing machine. The letters make up the word “Closet”, which means that the prize is waiting for them in the closet. The whole team goes to the closet, where we find a box with a treasure.

As you can see, preparing such a quest on your own is very simple. It is enough to print everything you need, simply by copying directly from here to your computer. All messages from the Owl can be indicated by a picture with the Owl itself. If you decide to arrange a holiday in any theme, you can replace the Owl with another hero, the quest script will not suffer from this.

Have a fun and exciting holiday!

Every year, on the eve of the birthday of all children, there is such impatience that words cannot express! After all, the time has come to celebrate their next birthday! But how to make the birthday man remember this day for many years, be interesting and unique? Of course, go in search of an unforgettable adventure.

Here you should not let everything take its course, study the proposed scenarios that abound on the Internet, because you should organize an event in accordance with all the rules. You can invite animators, there are no problems with this in Moscow, or you can use a ready-made holiday scenario, which the Internet is full of. Perhaps the most beloved and interesting, both for children and adults, crowning any rating, is an adventure game, that is, a quest, any entertainment event speaks of this.

A quest (quest from the English “task”, “search”, “hike”) is a mini-adventure, there are usually several stages in its scenario. Today it is one of the most popular and modern ways celebrate the holiday at home or in nature. Depending on the focus, all tasks must be completed collectively or individually.

Each interesting stage ends with a new task or a mini-prize. You need to do so many stages so that the children invited to the birthday party do not get bored. AT top picks, helping to organize adventures to find a gift, it is said that 6-10 is the optimal number of tasks. You can do it in nature, and in the forest, an ordinary room will do if the game is not a team game.

Puzzles

The key element of the quest, when you are planning to organize a search for a gift, are the clues hidden in the adventure scenario. You can come up with them yourself or borrow this from various sources where there are ready-made scripts for the children's birthday. The rating of puzzles depends on the difficulty.

Tasks can be designed beautifully and with fiction, or you can find a ready-made template in which to enter tasks and then print them out on a printer. For children who cannot read tasks, you can read or use pictures. To make the search more enjoyable, you can add sweet prizes in the form of sweets, chocolate coins, and other things to tasks.

Use simple and poetic riddles that are easy to solve, otherwise the task runs the risk of hanging up and spoiling the mood. You can use mathematical and logical puzzles, you can make, for example, a homemade puzzle. You can use gadgets and send tasks by e-mail, paste QR codes on objects, or leave links to videos or images on the Internet.

If you want to give multiple gifts, you can use
verse riddles to search:

Looking for a hidden surprise

You can take riddles, the answers to which will be your favorite cartoon characters (in the form of toys, books or pictures), which will give a hint:

The next stage of preparation in the adventure scenario for children is the laying out of tasks and surprises in order to carry out the search. You need to make sure that each subsequent puzzle points to the next waypoint in your game.

You can start by hiding the first clue in a place where you can discreetly push the guests or the birthday boy in the right direction, in case the room in which the gift is being searched does not want to part with its secrets. You can also hand over the first task in person, send it in the form of SMS, ask your friends to hand it over in the form of a letter. Then, along the chain, distribute subsequent tasks.

First, come up with an original text in the scenario of the adventure itself, you can include a birthday greeting in it, giving a start and setting the tone for the selected scenario. It all depends on the hobbies of the birthday man and the invited children.

The next question that needs to be addressed is: where is it most convenient for children to conduct a quest on such a significant day? There can be a lot of options: from your own apartment, to an outdoor adventure in nature: in a city park, in a country house, and even on your own personal plot.

Quest Personal plot, at home or in the country

Team quest for children, looking for a gift

A team game is a special kind of game, as it can include previous ideas for a search team or be, for example, a competitive type of adventure when 2 teams participate. This scenario can be used not only for birthdays, but also for joint activities in the classroom or in kindergarten. According to the results of the game, you can make a rating of the smartest players.

The goal of such a game is to find the hidden gift faster than the opposing team, or the second option, which involves the collective game of both teams. Alternatively, each team separately from the other must find their part of the map, combining which you can find a common prize.
For team competitions, you can take various games, for example:

The game "I'm a director today"

You can also play mimes and portray:

Game progress

The course of the birthday game for children should be smooth, moving from one point to another, you, as the leader of the holiday, should, if necessary, guide and prompt the players who can get stuck and get confused (anything happens). Although you should not rush, give the children a chance to figure out the task themselves.

Such entertainments as a quest room have become quite popular. Here the fantasy of the authors will provide you with real scenery and special effects, as well as unimaginable scenarios for the development of familiar plots, just type in a search engine and you will be given a rating of the popularity of these establishments in Moscow.

Quest for a boy

As mentioned above, scenarios for boys may differ from those for girls. Therefore, you need to properly prepare and take into account the interests of the birthday man and his friends and make everything perfect.

You can use logical tasks from matches (how to turn one number into another), light chemical experiments, mark the numbering of books on the shelves, you can use stereograms for tips, mixing colors, tongue twisters.

If you do not have time for personal preparation, you can visit a room with theatrical quests in Moscow. The rating of such entertainment for children and adults is quite high and the topics depend on age, besides, you can participate with the children. Themes are different: on the theme of space, cartoons, literary, military, pirate, fantastic and terrible.

For example, a detective script:

1) Preparation

All tasks are designed for one participant, but if you wish, a group of friends will not hurt.
Host: adult (parent or guest animator).
Time: about 1 hour.
Venue: apartment.
Age of participant: boy 7 years old or more (you can redo it for a girl if she likes this genre).
This scenario would be ideal if the child decides to give a live puppy or kitten.

Necessary materials:

  • envelope with the image of your favorite detective (classic Sherlock Holmes, Dora the Pathfinder, Diego and others), paper and pen
  • some attribute of the "sleuth suit"
  • flash drive, phone, tablet, or laptop - any gadget on which you can play recorded audio files
  • 5 different “footprints” of a dog or cat paw cut out of paper (each in several copies)
  • toy or live dog or cat (depending on the gift)

2) Start

We start in the hallway. In the door or under it, an envelope with the first task sticks out, if the child does not notice it right away, say that "it seems someone was knocking" or "oh, what is it." So, the envelope is in hand.
The child should open the envelope and read the letter.

The text of the letter can be changed according to the chosen chief detective and style: “Dear friend! I have to ask you for help. happened to me terrible story: (let your imagination run wild and enter the plot). I ask you for help! You will find everything you need for searching in the place that is located in the house, and at the same time - on the street.

Sincerely, (name of the chosen hero)."

The task of the child is to figure out where the box with the necessary attributes is hidden. This is a balcony. If it's hard to understand. Then use the hint and add the word from the letters left in the envelope. The little detective must add the word "balcony".

3) Investigation

We go to the balcony and find a box there, we take out the attributes of the “detective costume”, dress it. The box contains a memory card (any memory carrier, depending on the chosen gadget), a note and "traces".

The text of the note: “Evidence is collected here, it will help in our case. Listen to the tapes and identify the voice of the Baskerville dog (hero cat and others - according to the script), and then go on the trail.

The memory card is pre-recorded with five sound audio files with different voices of barking dogs or meowing cats. The files need to be numbered. One of them will belong to the Hound of the Baskervilles or (hero cat). We do it this way - we give the child to listen to the desired voice 1-2 times in order to remember. Then listen to everything in any order and find out which of the records belongs to the dog or cat you are looking for.

It may happen that the first time it doesn’t work out, it doesn’t matter, repeat the task.

When the desired file is recognized, the child must remember or write down in a notebook, like a real detective, the number of the desired file.

Now it's time to explore the mysterious dog/cat footprints in the box, all "paw prints" are numbered. In the room, we will also have 5 types of different footprints without numbers, but of different sizes, you can even play with the color coming from the balcony to certain parts of the room (glue with tape to be sure). Only one of them is correct.

The task is to take the track with the desired number from the tracks in the box (this is the number of the guessed sound file), and find the same one on the floor. Having found the right direction, let's follow the trail until it leads us to the next goal. This will be the closet.

4) Search

Inside the closet, a note is attached in a visible place and several wardrobe items are hanging, for example, a shirt, coat, jacket, jacket, trousers, etc. Things that are superfluous and repetitive in name are best moved to another closet for a while.

Text of the note: “Dear friend! You are a real detective! Be careful: the things of the criminal who hides the location of the dog (cat) are hanging here. You need to carefully search these things and find the missing pieces of the puzzle, from which you need to assemble the word. This word will show you the way forward.

In the pockets of things, seven pieces of paper with letters are hidden in advance, each with 1 letter. If things to be searched have many pockets, then the search will be more exciting. The task of the child is to find all the letters and make the word "corridor" out of them. From the letters you need to make up the name of the next room with the task, for example, kitchen, corridor, living room.

After that, you can move to this room.

5) Intelligence tasks

An envelope with another note for the young detective is lying on the floor in the selected room.
Text of the note: "Great job! Getting closer and closer to the goal. The next task is to use logic and deduction to solve all the riddles. Only then can you get an answer as to where to go next.”

The facilitator sequentially asks riddles:

There are a lot of logic puzzles. You can use numbered cards and a card with a voice (trace) number from the initial tasks, it will be about the subject of the home environment, in this subject you will hide the next clue.

After that, he needs to search the hidden object and find a dog collar in it (if the gift is a puppy or a bow on a string, if it is a kitten). A note “go to the next room” will be attached to the collar (bow) (if there is only one room, then you can use the kitchen or bathroom).

A plush dog or cat (if a toy is intended) will be waiting for the winner in the next room. If the animal is real, then it is unlikely that it will be possible to persuade him to sit quietly, therefore, in the final search, the search should take you outside and there your assistant in the person of a relative or friend will present the treasured gift.

This is of course a short script, but what prevents you from taking it as a basis and compiling your own version.

For girl

Girls can do just as well with tasks for boys, but still they like slightly different genres. The rating of entertainment for girls is headed by fairies, princesses and fabulous adventures.
The scenario for a girl can be based on the plot of her favorite fairy tale or on testing her skills as a hostess, or in general, combine everything at once - the main thing is to be interesting, and her birthday will be remembered as an incredible adventure.

The scenario for the girl is similar in logic to the above scenario for the boy. Let's just change the main character.

Only when she wakes up, the girl can find a flower or an envelope, and in it a note that her beloved fairy or princess asks for her help. You can write tasks in verse, bring your favorite toys to the riddles, flowers on the windowsill, outfits. Moving around the room in the final, you can make a word inviting you to continue the holiday in a cafe or in an amusement park and present the main gift there.

In childhood, any event causes vivid emotions. The child sees a fairy tale in the world around him and often fantasizes. The most long-awaited holiday, of course, is the name day.

Quest for children for a birthday- this is a great way to briefly turn an invented, fairy-tale world into reality. Prepared costume contests, competitions, games are becoming more and more popular during the holidays. Regardless of the number of guests and their age, you can choose a scenario for every taste.

Quest to find gifts for a child 7-11 years old. Who is Nastya afraid of?)

Back in the distant years of the Soviet Union, children loved games in pioneer camps, Cossacks-robbers and Zarnitsa. They didn't call contests quests, but the idea was the same. Interesting ideas can be realized by showing a little imagination and spending time.

For boys or girls, any parents can create an original and unforgettable gift in the form of a quest, either by themselves or with the help of professional animators.

Each child will be delighted with mini fireworks, crackers, a huge cake with candles or confetti. And, if all this is accompanied by interesting adventures and active games, there will be no limit to happiness.

Choosing a birthday present it won't be that hard anymore. The best option found.

Alas, all home quest scenarios are similar to each other. Why? Well, how to write a universal guide for all site visitors who live in different apartments and have a different set of household utensils and household appliances.

Of course, no matter how hard I try, you can’t even get close to a millimeter, which are filled from floor to ceiling with electronic, mechanical and magnetic mechanisms, talking panels, accompanied by sounds from other worlds.

You can’t do something similar to either, since a set of props for even the simplest game is made to order or bought for a lot of money.

Once again, I have to make do with paper scrolls with puzzles, a minimal role as a host, and recommend the simplest household props that can be found in any apartment. In principle, you can play in a cafe, and in the gazebo of the park.

Judging by the reviews, my readers successfully use these ideas and conduct home quests on their birthdays and just like that.

I hope I don't disappoint you this time!

Legend

The Egyptian princess Ankhesenamun (one of Akhenaten's daughters) hid jewelry in her father's tomb that she wanted to pass on to her worthy descendants. Each decoration is a talisman that brings good luck.

In 1821, many Egyptian burials were looted by marauders, and the princess's box ended up in England, passing from one European collector to another. In the 20th century, the trace of Ankhesenamun jewelry was lost.

Several years ago in different countries copies of 12 papyri appeared, which were written down at the behest of Ankhesenamun. In each of them a letter is encrypted, but no one managed to make a word out of them and solve the riddle of the princess.

Only to the one who glues all the papyri into one long scroll and writes the secret word, the princess will give the treasures. Each scroll begins with a horoscope. Find your date of birth and read about your superpowers, look for your destiny. It is interesting!

The essence of the game

This time I decided not to paint the role of the presenter at all. Mom, grandmother or sister just needs to sit in the kitchen or in another room behind a closed door and slip another papyrus into the slot. It can be somehow different. Receive one file per e-mail from an "unknown address" and read tasks from a tablet, for example. Or just give out all the papyri at once, the essence does not change.

Children solve puzzles, glue all the papyri into one long scroll, as the ancient Egyptians did, write the final word into the cells. The scroll must be left in the middle of the room, go outside the apartment for a minute.

All this ceremony is needed in order for my mother to change the papyrus for the treasure box of the Egyptian princess. Here I can not impose my opinion, put what you see fit. Chocolate coins or inexpensive jewelry.

Of course, everyone is pleased to receive some unusual talisman as a gift.

Bracelets, pendants, jewelry on the head.

Cute amulet pendants (in case the boys play too)

If all this is expensive, mix these "gems" with candy, it looks cool.

On each scroll, I placed not only a puzzle task, but also a fragment of the Egyptian horoscope (then those who wish can find the full text on the Internet). The Egyptians believed that the abilities of a newborn could be known by the date of his birth. This information has nothing to do with the quest, it will just be interesting for girls at this age to read. The headings of the scrolls are the names of the gods of Egypt.

After the quest, you can hold a culinary master class - making Egyptian sweets. These are candies made from dates with almonds, for example. Recipes are easy to find. Tasty and healthy!

Quest script

I made two versions of papyri. I wrote assignments on some, and left others blank just in case, so that you can enter your own puzzles if mine seem too difficult or rather primitive. At the same time, I kept pictures with the gods and the Egyptian horoscope in both versions.

If you select tasks yourself, do not make all 12 too difficult. The players' brains will boil. Let some questions be quite simple, in some papyri write requests to cut, fold, glue, etc. The main thing is to feel the movement forward.

Waiting for ideas and additions
