1. General Provisions

School competitions and exhibitions are held for all classes. Participation in them is taken by class groups on a voluntary basis, individual students of the school, as well as parents, representatives of the creative intelligentsia of public organizations of the city.

2. Goals and objectives

2.1. The purpose of holding exhibitions and competitions is to attract teenagers to cultural leisure activities.

2.2. Tasks of holding competitions, exhibitions:

Instilling the skills to participate in creative exhibitions, competitions, public events;

Instilling the rules of etiquette, cultural behavior in public places;

Development of creativity, ingenuity, imagination in students;

Removal of unwanted mental and emotional complexes;

Multiplying the traditions of the school, district, city.

3. Management of competitions, exhibitions

3.1. The deputy director for educational and educational work, together with representatives of the children's organization of the school, is responsible for planning and organizing the event. As a result joint activities a regulation is developed on the planned event, which reflects the purpose, place, means, forms and methods of the competition or exhibition being held.

3.2. To familiarize the school community with the preparation for competitions and exhibitions, a stand with information is drawn up.

3.3. The preparation and organization of the participation of class teams for participation in competitions and exhibitions is carried out by the class teacher, class asset and school counselor.

3.4. To summarize the results of participation in competitions and exhibitions, a jury is created, which includes representatives of the school administration, children's association.

3.5. In summing up the results of competitions, exhibitions, invited persons can take part: writers, artists, poets, etc. (depending on the direction of exhibitions, competitions).

4. Organization of competitions, exhibitions of creative works

4.1. School-wide competitions, exhibitions are held during the academic year in the form of nominations.

4.2. Competitions and exhibitions are held in two rounds:

1 round: Participants declare their nominations and materials;

2 round: Participants put forward their ideas and defend them.

4.3. Criteria for evaluating the results of competitions, exhibitions:

5.Determination and awarding of winners.

5.1. The jury works during the 2nd round.

5.2. The winners are awarded with certificates of honor and valuable gifts for

1. General Provisions

1.1. This regulation determines the procedure and regulations for holding the V school exhibition-competition "Spring Mood" (hereinafter referred to as the Exhibition).

2. Goals and objectives of the Exhibition

2.1. The exhibition is held in order to identify gifted children and their families and create conditions for supporting and developing children's artistic and aesthetic creativity, as well as distracting children from computer addiction.

2.2. The main objectives of the Exhibition: familiarization of children and adolescents with the creative achievements of other families, the exchange of creative experience among the families of OS students.

3. Time and stages of the Exhibition

3.1. The exhibition is held in stages from April 12, 2010 to April 28, 2010.

3.2. The exhibition is organized in two stages: qualifying and competitive.

3.3. Qualifying stage: from April 12, 2010 to April 19, 2010. Nominations (individual and group):

Decorative and applied arts;

Art;

Photo art.

3.4. Competitive stage: from April 20, 2010 to April 28, 2010 (exact dates and times will be announced later).

3.5. At the end of each qualifying day, the results are announced.

3.7. The place of the qualifying stage is the technology room (1-17) GOU secondary school No. 693; competitive stage - hall of the 1st floor of the secondary school No. 693.

3.8. The Organizing Committee of the Exhibition reserves the right to clarify the dates and venue after the deadline for accepting creative works.

4. Participants of the Exhibition, the procedure for submitting works

4.1. Creative works of children and adults are allowed to participate in the Exhibition. Participation in the Exhibition is free.

4.2. The age of the participants of the Exhibition is not limited, the number of works (individual, group) is not limited.

4.3. To participate in the qualifying stage, creative works in decorative, applied and fine arts are accepted by submitting an oral application for participation to the organizing committee. Participants will be additionally informed about the results of the selection of works by members of the organizing committee.

4.4. The best works are allowed to participate in the competitive stage

4.5. Nominations that do not participate in the qualifying stage take part immediately in the competitive stage.

4.6. The application for participation in the Exhibition is consent with the terms of this Regulation.

5. Main content (program) of the Exhibition

5.1. The content of the Exhibition is determined in accordance with its goals and objectives.

6. Exhibition Management

6.1. The Exhibition is managed by the administration and technology teachers of the OS.

6.2. The Organizing Committee of the Exhibition is created by the management of the OU.

6.3. The organizing committee includes the administration and technology teachers of the OU.

6.4. The management of the organizing committee is carried out by the director of the State Educational Institution Secondary School No. 693.

6.5. Exhibition Organizing Committee:

  1. accepts applications for participation in the Exhibition, organizes the examination of works and determines the composition of participants;
  2. determines the program, dates and venue of the Exhibition;
  3. establishes the number of nominations and approves the conditions for participation in the Exhibition;
  4. reserves the right to remove the participant-applicant for violation of these Regulations and violation of moral and ethical standards;
  5. presents the winners of the Exhibition for the participation of their creative works in competitions of various levels;
  6. attracts sponsors, organizes advertising activities, ensures that the rights of the Exhibition participants are observed in accordance with these Regulations.

7. The procedure and regulations for evaluating the creative works of the Exhibition participants

7.1. Grade competitive works by secret ballot.

7.3. The Executive Secretary of the Organizing Committee exercises control over the counting of votes and compliance by the Exhibition participants with the requirements of these Regulations.

7.4. The finalists and winners of the Exhibition are determined on the basis of the following indicators:

  1. the level of skill, quality, culture and technique of work performance;
  2. originality and relevance to the stated topic and the age of the participants;
  3. work integrity.

8. Awarding of winners

8.1. In accordance with the number of votes for the work, the participants can be awarded the titles of "Exhibition Laureate", "Exhibition Diploma Winner", as well as in each nomination - "Exhibition Grand Prix".

8.2. All participants are given diplomas.

8.3. Each nomination provides for: 3 laureates.

9. Additional information about the conditions of the Exhibition

9.1. Registration of visitors begins no earlier than 1 hour before the opening of the Exhibition.

9.2. According to the rules fire safety it is forbidden to display flammable objects, including pyrotechnics, candles, torches, sparklers, decorations that do not comply with fire safety standards.

9.3. During the Exhibition, video and photo shooting is carried out. These materials can be used in the media and in global network Internet.

9. Summing up and rewarding participants.

1. General Provisions

This Regulation determines the procedure for organizing and holding a regional virtual exhibition of children's drawings "Our Tula Land" (hereinafter referred to as the exhibition) for students of children's art schools, children's art schools, colleges and art studios from 5 to 19 years old, the procedure for participation in the exhibition and determining the winners.

2. Goals and objectives of the exhibition

Objective of the project: contribute to raising the cultural level of the inhabitants of the Tula region through the acquaintance and popularization of children's art.

Tasks:

4. Conditions of participation in the exhibition

Students of children's art schools, children's art schools, colleges and art studios aged 5 to 19 are invited to participate in the exhibition.

The following age categories are defined for participation in the exhibition:

5 - 7 years;

8 - 10 years;

11 - 13 years;

14 - 16 years;

17 - 19 years old

Competitive selection of artworks submitted for participation in the exhibition is held in the category of painting. Works can be done with various artistic materials: paints (watercolors, gouache, etc.), crayons (pastel, wax), pencils (simple, colored), charcoal, sanguine, pastel, ink. Mixed media techniques can be used.

Works made in accordance with the themes of the exhibition are accepted :

3. Me and my friends;

4. Animals of the native land;

5. Sports;

8. Places of military glory in the Tula region.

Criteria for judging artwork:
