Supplier requirements
The online trading platform, on which an enterprise with state capital places its orders, differs from commercial exchanges in the strictness of its approach to suppliers.

- financial solvency;
- availability of sufficient material support for the transaction on the part of the supplier;
- experience of the applicant company in the market, etc.
Although the initially presented requirements seem too extensive, upon closer examination one can be convinced that the average representative of a small or medium Russian business is quite capable of passing the qualifying selection.
The requirements do not contain unaffordable conditions for the huge authorized capital for applicant enterprises or the need to pledge some expensive property as collateral for the proper execution of the transaction, which would close the way to the tender for most entrepreneurs.
