The procedure for connecting to a network via an Ethernet cable is the same as for most other ISPs. The company lays a twisted pair cable in the subscriber's premises (house, apartment or office). The end of the cable is crimped, a 8P8C connector is installed on it, which is suitable for connecting to any device with a network connector. The most commonly used devices are:
- A computer;

MAC address setting
Volya's network is organized with reference to the MAC address of the end equipment of subscribers. Therefore, when replacing it, you will need to enter a new address in the provider's settings or change it yourself on a network device. If an Ethernet cable is used for the connection, you can change the MAC without leaving your home. It is enough to log in personal account, open the item "My settings -> Hardware" and enter a new value.
You can also change the MAC on the router or computer itself to match the one that was originally used. For example, in devices manufactured by TP-Link, this action is performed using the MAC Address Cloning link in the Network menu. Enter the address in the "WAN MAC Address" field and click the "Save" button.
