How to prepare a photographer's booth for a wedding exhibition. wedding photography. How to prepare. Wedding exhibition. Why are we participating in it?

  • Prepare enough in advance handouts so that you have enough of them until the very end of the exhibition day. An effective way to prevent your printed matter from being mercilessly thrown away by exhibition guests after visiting the event or forgotten after viewing all the materials typed at the exhibition at the end of a long day, make it functional. A colorful plastic card, an interestingly designed calendar, a notepad, a ballpoint pen, or a good package with your coordinates are much more likely to become your potential client's companions during the long and difficult period of preparation for their own wedding than an ordinary flyer or business card. Since such souvenirs can significantly hit your pocket, they can be produced in limited quantities and given not to all visitors of the exhibition, but only to potential customers interested in your services.
  • Take Special attention decoration of your exhibition space. Decorations that reflect the style of your work will not entail large expenses, but are guaranteed to attract the attention of future customers to your stand and your services. According to statistics, a brightly decorated stand attracts visitors 80% more than a regular table. Since handmade style is still at the peak of popularity, beautiful and original decorations are easy to make yourself. And if you do not have the opportunity and desire to deal with the design of the table yourself, you can contact us for help. Experienced decorators will help you not get lost among the rest of the participants and at the same time manage with minimal costs.
  • Think over your appearance. folk wisdom"Meet by clothes ..." does not lose its relevance in our days. When the client does not yet have the opportunity to appreciate your professionalism and responsibility, the first visual perception often plays a decisive role.
  • Feel free to take contacts of visitors who are interested in your services. Feel free to offer to send them by e-mail the information they are interested in in a more complete volume than that which they can receive when meeting you at the exhibition. Mandatory in addition to Email write down the name of the potential client and his phone number, in this case, even if there is a typo in the email address, and the letter will be returned to you, you will have the opportunity to contact the client.
  • Properly work with the base of contacts that you have acquired at the exhibition. Be sure to respond to all customers within the first week after the end of the exhibition, while your information is relevant for the newlyweds, and they have not had time to order similar services from competitors. After sending email don't forget to do phone call and check whether the letter reached the addressee. In order for your letter to be read, do not neglect this simple rule, because many people always check their email promptly or give second alternate addresses to avoid sending spam.

Hello! How is your autumn? Mine, that 10 years ago, that now begins the same way - with study! Or a habit laid down since childhood and before graduation, tells us to study, or autumn, which makes you "dig" in yourself . I know one thing never, never too late! Everything is only in our head, all conventions and limitations. Imagine they don't exist. Learn to draw, knit, photograph, write, cook, whatever! It is possible at any age, in any conditions. As they say, who wants - he is looking for opportunities, and who does not want - looking for excuses.
Well, today I have prepared a review of the wedding exhibition in Krakow, which I went through a month ago. But I am writing, I am only now, because, you know, wedding specialists work not only 6 months a year. Like me thought before. And here is the idea !! Maybe write, in one of the posts, how florists work, decorators? Let me know. And back to the theme of the exhibition!

And more! Before we start, I want to thank you, my readers, for reading me and with each post - more and more views! Thank you for writing to me and thank you! And I am grateful to you for inspiring me, this makes me want to write more and more!

This concludes my personal digression.and transition zhu to the most exhibition.
So, on October 2, an exhibition of wedding specialists “Targi Mlodej Pary” was held at EXPO center of Krakow.
And I was there, of course, and not just a guest, but a participant . Already the 4th time, by the way. In his instagram I wrote, about the exhibition, and said, g where to look for me. To my surprise, came about a lot of people to meet in person, ask questions, chat. It was very at okay, thanks!
I participated as a florist, together with Bellomatrimonio. And wonder what year on ass, at the same exhibition, along with the brides who chose contractors for their weddings, I chose florists, with whom I want to work.
No matter what I decided that I will work with the best in Krak ove! C n small portfolio, bad im polish but With about taste (why be modest), and self-confidence, I chose 2 floristically are companies that I was impressed and wrote to them after the exhibition. That hour was the answer. And here I am the senior florist at Bellomatrimonio(od on of those 2 companies that I chose). What I wrote in the letter how was my first meeting why did they take me in andu, I'll tell you later! it my short story mo th experience and testimonialthat you need to believe in yourself first of all, for others to believe in you. And that's all the same wedding exhibition, the same booth Bellomatrimonio but only now I'm on the other side of the stand , With florist, with whom I dreamed of working!

I was satisfied with the quality and level of the exhibition; some of the solutions I saw will be useful to me someday. Therefore, I repeat once again, go to exhibitions if you work in even t sphere, take pictures, design or prepare ! This is not to be missed!

By - the same y, the main rule of the exhibition, for all participants - remains unchanged - Surprise , Be Original! There were many stands of photographers, but here is only one fuse and I still remember it. What the guys did, they decorated the back of the stand with flowerpots with heather. First, they built a wall of wooden boxes, and then stacked (horizontally) flowerpots on top of each other. It turned out a living wall of ve river , which the Poles love so much. People flocked like honey. Everyone wanted to take a look at the booth, and potential customers already warmed up with delight were received by friendly photographers. It worked!

And also o d nor the members who surprised me. Did you notice that there was a stand with decorations in the photos? So that's what they did, the guys-jewelers, all the products were placed in openwork gold frames, with a velvet black background. Looked luxurious! Like in a museum! Be sure to take pictures, and consider, and buy!

Advice be original - always relevant!

For floristry . By remember, in one of the posts, I wrote that greenery is a trend!? At the exhibition, I was convinced of this! Well start from our booth, the main focus of the entire stand was a green installation, from very different sloth without a single flower . Yes, composition can be without flowers, and more and more often you will start to notice this with European florists. Also, if you think that greens are cheap, then you probably never fell eucalyptus ! The composition especially shows how green self-sufficient, textured and how shows the whole spectrum of green colors. A real greenery addiction!

Well, here's who fully implemented and day with total green - so these are the florists from Dom i Kwiaty. All compositions, wreath and, garlands, bouquets, everything was decorated exclusively with greenery! And I saw this delight among the brides who And this is the question - but will whether greens are popular in Ukraine, will we survive!? My opinion, ambiguously. On the one hand, more mass, brides are still ordering bouquets on the microphone, and yut to be “ expensive-rich”, but on the other hand, one cannot but consider the fact that over the education of taste and style in Ukraine, as they say, “boiling

You have booked a space at an upcoming exhibition. Of course, we chose the most visited. And the location is good too. But this is only half the success. For your company to be truly noticed, you need a creative stand. Protoplan will tell you what to consider so that not a single visitor passes by.

Forget about the banal "skirt" of the table and the boring backdrop of the curtain. Why spend money on them if it won't help you stand out from the crowd of exhibitors? People rarely approach the dim, dimly lit booth that looks like every other booth, like a twin brother. The stand should reflect the ideas and gamut of your brand. And just embodying creative ideas your team, you will create something that will attract new customers to you.

1. Use branding in the design of the exhibition stand

Strong branding is the first rule marketing strategy any company. It reflects the style of your communication with customers. By paying attention to branding, you let people know what makes your business, your offer unique. Branding is equally important when designing and building an exhibition stand. Marking each element of the stand in accordance with corporate identity, you create a harmonious look that is hard to forget. And most importantly, you let your partners and customers - current and future - know about your product or service at a glance.

However, trade show booth branding can go beyond the strict guidelines of a marketing strategy. Sometimes it's appropriate to use colors and shapes that aren't in your company logo. Is your company serious and professional or playful and friendly? Maybe you profess the ideas of eco? All this must be taken into account when choosing colors and shapes for the exhibition stand.

Your company's brand should be alive - it should come to life at the exhibition, be as close as possible to potential customers. Create an atmosphere that reflects your company's ideas. For example, a clean and simple booth design will reflect the seriousness of the company, while proper lighting booth zones will draw attention to specific products. And if you add interactive content, for example, VR glasses, in which customers can watch your products in action, then there will be no end to visitors at the exhibition.

2. Arrange a photo session to attract exhibition visitors to your company stand

An elementary but very effective method of attracting the attention of exhibition visitors in a world dominated by selfies and instagrams. If your budget allows you to set up a photo booth, great. If not, then a simple but well-designed cardboard photo frame design with a bright design and a small but noticeable logo of your company will make you huge traffic. Photography helps break the ice when making new acquaintances and gives you the opportunity to strike up a casual conversation with someone who may very soon become your client. A great photo backdrop turns your trade show booth into an interactive source of entertainment.

Instead of a photo frame, you can use a retractable banner with a background for a photo, which will not only have a bright picture, but also a logo with business information, such as a website address. To decide what should be on the banner, brainstorm with your team, let them put forward ideas based on the experience of communicating with clients that can attract the “average” visitor to the exhibition, stop his eyes on the picture, remember it and your brand.

You can draw attention to the opportunity to take a photo at the exhibition with the help of animators. Prepare fun props to hand out to attendees, or even costume pieces to match your company's style. Everyone will want to take a picture with the fitness lady at the exhibition sports nutrition or with a video game character at an electronics show. It is possible to turn one of the banner design elements into a real object so that people can interact with it and get a "3D experience". This is definitely not forgotten.

Take photos and post them on your social networks with some catchy hashtag. This will show customers that you are not a soulless corporation, but that you have a personal connection with them. Tag people in your photos so that their friends can see these publications - this will expand your audience.

And if you want to build a base, ask visitors to the exhibition to leave you an email address so that you can send them a photo. Let there be flags or some other elements on your exhibition stand, where your website addresses and social media account names will be placed with a request to subscribe to your company or even to a newsletter about discounts on products.

All these simple actions will allow your company to stay in touch and work with the audience after the exhibition.

There are other ways to effectively use social media to get people to your booth at a trade show. But you need to start working with them long before the event in order to create an information field and excitement around your participation in the exhibition. Come up with original hashtags for publications so that users can easily find your posts on the Internet. Ask the exhibition organizers if the project will have its own hashtag. Use it too. And create a unique tag for your booth.

Tell future visitors of the exhibition what unique exhibits will be at your stand, share your brand ideology and business style, try to convince people to come to your stand at the exhibition.

At the event, continue to use social networks - create a buzz. Publish photos and texts about what events within the exhibition you participate in, what you imagine, what promotions you organize at the stand, share your impressions. Broadcast live from the exhibition using a regular smartphone on Facebook Live, invite viewers to your booth. A message about your broadcast will be seen by everyone who is not following your account. Encourage your readers and visitors to use your hashtags to spread the word.

Use geotags in your posts, mark with active links through @ the exhibition center, the organizer of the exhibition, possibly some visitors.

4. Invite exhibition visitors to come to your booth

The design of your exhibition stand directly affects the communication with visitors. A long "bar counter" on the front of the stand creates an obvious boundary between you and the traffic, it keeps people at a distance. You are on one side, customers are on the other. And this often creates a barrier in communication.

Get rid of the counter, create a space where visitors can physically enter. Install an interactive display, or at least a monitor, through which visitors can get information about your company, even if they are just walking by. Try to set up shelving or shelves inside your booth, arrange products on them that you can hold in your hands, lay out booklets. Another functional option is a rack with a tablet, on the screen of which a catalog or a video presentation can be displayed.

5. Offer what all your customers want at the show

The ideal free giveaway will not only make your brand as famous as possible at the exhibition, but also attract great amount visitors to the stand - they all want this "thing" that they see in the hands of the other guests of the exhibition. If your company is in the gardening and landscape design, give people seedlings, flowers, bags of seeds. For a car exhibition, special driver's glasses are suitable - for premium customers, as well as car stickers available to each company or original interior fresheners.

In the era of technology, being able to charge your phone for free at your booth is another powerful tool to attract visitors. Exhibitors spend a lot of time on their smartphones, checking email and social media, and calling the office. Gadgets are quickly discharged, and recharging takes time, which visitors can spend at your booth. Install a station with cords for different devices, brand it, and while guests are charging their gadgets, feel free to tell them about your company.

6. Think Big to Drive Visitor Traffic to Your Booth

You can make an attractive exhibition stand of a standard height, but stands that can be seen from afar attract enormous attention. Include components that are set above standards so they will be the beacon of your business.

Flags, displays, streamers, structures - static, luminous, moving - are perfectly visible from afar, and visitors want to know what is below. Vinyl banners hanging from the ceiling, a big screen with a promotional video - all this is great. Of course, the installation of such structures at the stand requires good logistics and compliance with technical standards. Therefore, make sure that the organizers of the exhibition can realize your idea.

7. Make a unique offer at the exhibition

A special exhibitor-only offer is a great way to motivate customers to come to your booth and close the deal on the same day. Discounts cause a stir, it attracts even more people. Those who can buy your product or service anyway will have a powerful incentive to save. And those who could not before, get this opportunity.

To keep your offer from looking like a "giveaway", present the deal in a professional manner so that everything fits in with your company's serious image. You can communicate in your action, for example, with the help of a well-designed digital sign - the plus is that you can use it repeatedly.

8. Show your product in action at a trade show

If you are exhibiting a specific physical product at a trade show, be sure to show its capabilities to visitors. Let them see what it is, how it works and how it works. Let the product speak for itself. Such an installation can work constantly, attracting visitors, or you can arrange presentations at a certain time - do not forget to notify the public about this.

If possible, let exhibition visitors test the product themselves. However, if you are selling something large, like agricultural equipment, then a video of how the combine works in the field will be a suitable alternative. Turn on the video in a loop, let it spin all the time of the exhibition.

9. Take care of the stand lighting

The light in exhibition pavilions is not always perfect, but even the most modern exhibition center cannot provide you with individual exhibition stand lighting. And this is a very important point. Integrating creative lighting into your design makes your booth more visible and inviting, helping to highlight certain areas and even influencing where visitors will focus their attention.

10. Have an interactive experience at your trade show booth

An interactive exhibition stand gives visitors the opportunity to do something, interact with the product and the brand, making the visit to the stand and the company unforgettable. Testing a product, playing a game, a contest, or giving away gifts all work great. There are some simple games that can be arranged at the exhibition. This format of interaction with clients creates a relaxed atmosphere, allows you to relax and start productive communication.

One of the most effective games at the exhibition is an analogue of hunting for Easter eggs. Before the opening of the exhibition, place branded postcards at different points of the pavilion. Anyone who finds your Easter egg", should receive a prize. To get it, the visitor just needs to come to your stand with a postcard. Warn that you will arrange a "hunt" in advance - in social networks, on the website. Use thematic tags in your posts.

More Tips for Preparing Your Dream Booth

●Begin to prepare the idea and concept of the stand as far in advance as possible - six months before the exhibition, so that you have enough time to organize everything.
