How to make Christmas soap.

For soap, I chose New Year's plastic molds in the form of spruce and snowflakes. Wash and dry the form. The shape with a snowflake is embossed, I want to somehow emphasize it further. I suggest adding glitter. New Year all the same. With a toothpick, pour a small amount of sparkles, make sure that they are evenly distributed over the bottom of the mold. I decided to make my first snowflake red, so I poured burgundy sparkles.

To make the soap base melt faster, I advise you to cut it into small cubes. We cut the transparent and white bases. The white base needs half as much as the transparent one.

Melting the base is easier and faster in the microwave. We shift the transparent base into a heat-resistant container and put it in the microwave first for 30 seconds, then for another 10-20 seconds. I advise you to heat it in this way, in stages, because by putting the base at once for a long time, you can boil it, and this is highly undesirable. Add 4-5 drops of red dye and 4-5 drops of Mandarin fragrance to the melted base. What is the New Year without tangerines! Gently mix with a skewer, but not for long, otherwise the base will begin to harden. And if, nevertheless, you hesitated, and the base froze a little, covered with a film, just reheat everything again in the microwave for literally 10 seconds!

Carefully pour the colored scented soap base into the mold. You need to pour about two thirds of the mold. Be careful: the melted base is quite hot. Let it dry for 15-20 minutes. We will not wait for the soap to solidify completely, we need only the topmost layer to grab and we could pour the next one.

In order to make our transparent colored soap look brighter and more interesting, I suggest making an additional fill with a white soap base. Melt pre-cut white base. Do not be surprised: the white base is a little more difficult to heat than the transparent one. We put it for 20-30 seconds, then for another 10-20 seconds in the microwave. Add 2-3 drops of Mandarin fragrance to the melted white base, mix and pour over the transparent red layer. After 20-30 minutes, we take it out of the mold - and now our bright New Year's soap is ready. Now it's the turn for snowflakes of other shades.

- In soap, you can add not only dye and fragrance, but also essential oils, oatmeal, lavender and calendula petals, honey or clay. And in the scrub soap, you can add ground coffee or loofah.

I advise you to add the same fragrance to different layers of multilayer soap. If you decide to add different ones, then the smell can end up completely slurred. With a different fragrance, it is better to make another soap.

So that the soap hardens faster and comes out of the mold easily, place it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Soap will retain its fragrance longer if you wrap it in cling film before packaging.

Instruction:

1. Evenly distribute some glitter on the bottom of the silicone mold.
2. Carefully cut the white goat's milk base into small cubes, then melt it in the microwave. The resulting mixture will be the top layer of the future gift.
3. We take fir oil and drop a few drops of it into the same cup. This will give our product a pleasant aroma and enrich useful properties, as this oil is a wonderful tool in the care of wrinkled skin.
4. Now quickly pour the resulting mixture into a silicone mold.
5. Top spray with alcohol from a spray bottle. This is to ensure that no bubbles remain in the solution. We wait until the mixture cools down.
