1. On the basis of the established dispatch center, a specialized website will be developed to inform the residents of the settlement about the costs and opportunities for saving energy and resources, regular content of the site and its further development will be ensured.

2. An information terminal will be installed in the dispatch center public access with an interactive portal and a database on the use of energy-saving technologies and energy efficiency. All social institutions and residents of the settlement will have access to information base on the use of energy-saving technologies and energy efficiency.

3. The project provides for the distribution of information on the implementation of energy-saving measures to social institutions, organizations of housing and communal services.
