When sending the order, the phone number was indicated incorrectly (the first digit of the phone number was lost), despite the fact that the address and email were indicated correctly. Three days later, the package arrived in Russia and Boxberry asked for passport details. We noticed that there is no first digit in the phone number. Tried to fix in personal account, but in the end they entered a different phone number. The phone has been tested. Waited for almost a month the parcel will pass customs. But the status of the parcel did not change. So it is worth the pre-customs inspection. On April 29, I again receive a letter from Boxberry about entering passport data, although in my personal account on the Boxberry website it is indicated that both the phone and email and passport data have passed the check and everything is in order. We call Boxberry. The manager checked and answered that yes, everything is in order with the passport data and that the customs is delaying for some reason, wait. We wait! especially the May holidays. But again, silence. I call at the end of May again at Boxberry. And they answer me that due to the fact that the parcel was not delivered within 40 days, the online store requested a return of the parcel and I need to contact the online store for a refund and they already know about the return, since the customs did not miss the parcel due to for the wrong phone number. And where, I ask, were you with this information when they called you in early May? And all this in words. I ask them to send me a document confirming the return of the goods. As a result, I receive a letter that they regret it, but they could not get through to us, and we did not answer their letters, and therefore they hope for mutual understanding. All! No supporting documents about the fate of the parcel! Complete idiocy! The online store tells me that according to their rules, if we have not contacted them for a parcel within 40 days, then a refund Money we are not supposed to. Sailed! Mess. I will complain to the European Dispute Commission. I do not advise anyone to contact Boxberry if you value your nerves, money and time.

Evening outside. I'm calling. The robot replies that they cannot accept the call, leave a message. And so the whole evening. That is, they only work during the day. The quality of technical support is top notch. And the money is gone, and I want to buy the goods right now. I wait until morning, I call SafeCrow. Another 10 minutes of waiting. Finally, the specialist answers and informs me: the cancellation of the transaction should be initiated by Boxberry, because a request for a transaction came from them. That is, the girl deceived me. I'm calling that box and berry company again. Already 20 minutes of waiting. Another girl answers. To all my requests to expedite the cancellation process, because my goods are waiting for payment, she answers in an uncertain voice, as if she was reading a piece of paper, that she will transfer my request to her superiors and that the transaction can still be canceled automatically after 5 days after registration. 3 days pass. I am writing an e-mail asking how much longer to wait for the cancellation of the transaction? - Silence ... In general, after 5 days the transaction was automatically canceled. A couple of days later, the money was finally returned to my card. Folks, it took me a WEEK to cancel the deal and get my money back! What is this, a modern Internet service?! Moreover, the SafeCrow specialist said that I am not the first one who addresses them with the same problem. Draw your own conclusions.

Super! I received the parcel 6 days after the order from Moscow to the Republic of Mordovia! I am very satisfied with this service, although I have never used it before. Now I will continue to use it. The parcel arrived in perfect condition and was tracked all the way! Super! Thank you!!!

Boxberry delivery is calculated according to the following scheme: the higher the amount of the order and at the same time the lower its weight and volume, the less you will have to pay for its delivery. That is, in general, it is more profitable to type what is easier, smaller and more expensive. At the same time, iHerb has products with the "economy delivery" option - the presence of such products in the order helps to reduce its cost.

Also keep in mind that the cost is calculated much lower for delivery to large cities and their suburbs than to more remote locations. Previously, when placing orders in IM, I somehow didn’t bother much about same-day delivery and other nuances. This time, the deadlines were running out for me, because it dawned on me to order a gift for my husband on the DR on the Internet only a week before this event. At the same time, the store where I made the order, unfortunately, cooperated only with the Russian Post and Boxberry. I chose delivery to the PVZ, the deadlines for which were indicated as 5 days for my city.

So, my order was transferred for delivery on 11.11, which the online store notified me about. This is actually where my story begins.

12.11 I received a message on email indicating the approximate date of receipt 15.11. I breathed a sigh of relief, since my husband's birthday is 16.11.

At the same time, there were no messages sent to the phone from Boxberry via SMS notification. The letter indicated that the status of the parcel can be tracked on the website of this delivery service, which I decided to use closer to 15.11. And I was pleasantly surprised, because the estimated delivery time was the 14th.


To celebrate, I began to wait for an SMS notification of delivery since the morning of the 14th, but I was not at all upset when I did not receive it, thinking that the 15th should definitely be delivered.

By the evening of November 15, I began to get nervous and called the consultant at hotline which resulted in two facts:

  • First, delivery is only workers days;
  • Secondly, between the 11th and 15th there were two days off, and although the automatic program for calculating the delivery time counted them as "useful" days, see "firstly".

Honestly, I would even lag behind the incorrectly working Boxberry delivery service on this, as I realized that nothing else could be knocked out of them, if not for one but:

At 18:30 I decided to check the status through the operators, and lo and behold, at 18:43 the consultant wrote to me that the order was waiting for me at the pickup point.

Since I live not far from this PVZ, I rushed with all my might. I did. Only due to the fact that I received the order on the 16th, I give Boxberry one star more than I planned.

By the way, I received an SMS notification about the arrival of the order at the pickup point only at 20:37, and by e-mail - at 20:24. Efficiency is on the rise...

☑ Boxberry does not bear any responsibility for the delay in delivery of the order;

☑ Tracking a parcel by track does not work correctly, which Boxberry does not notify in advance;

☑ On the main page, on the tracking page, on the page of information on sending parcels, information that the process of transportation and delivery to the pickup point of parcels is carried out only on weekdays, No;

☑ Operators-consultants cannot help in solving the problem in any way, explaining everything either by the incorrect operation of the site, or by apologizing, or by trying to blame Boxberry "jambs" on online stores;

☑ As a result, the delivery speed was no less than that of the Russian Post, for example, parcels from Moscow sent by mail often arrive in more short time;

☑ Changes in estimated delivery times after the original deadlines have expired, with no notification of either the change itself or the reasons for it;

☑ The parcel nevertheless reached the deadlines safe and sound.

There is no desire to use the Boxberry delivery service in the future until they correctly display information and terms. And the change in a quiet estimated delivery time from 14 to 16 after my promise to illuminate this situation on review sites, makes me think about the bad faith of the SD. Decide for yourself whether to contact this service or not, but I definitely do not recommend.

Often, when using the Boxberry pickup point, the parcel is handed over marked "without opening". At the same time, employees of self-delivery points claim that it depends on the sender. If, upon receiving the parcel, you notice that it was opened or damaged, then it is best to open the parcel at the pickup point, and be sure to film this process on video. If you find problems with the attachment or its absence, then it is advisable to draw up an act, even if the employee of the issuing point agrees to act only as individual. Otherwise, it is unlikely that you will be able to get a refund from the store or postal intermediary. If you use the latter, then pay attention to the insurance rules, as well as instructions indicating the sequence of actions in case of receiving a damaged or opened package.

You can receive the parcel at any point of issue of orders of the Boxberry delivery service. If there are several points in your city, you can choose the most convenient for you: on the company's website you can find a complete list of branches with the address, phone number and work schedule. With the help of filters, you can select offices that work seven days a week, by bank transfer and other parameters.

Important information for the recipient of the parcels at the Boxberry pick-up point

  • To receive the parcel, an identity document (passport) is required.
  • The parcel is transferred only to the person indicated in the documents.

Extension of the parcel storage period

The term of storage of the parcel at the point of issue - 7 calendar days. If the period of storage of the parcel at the PVZ needs to be extended, in this case it must be done independently by calling hotline Boxberry 8-800-222-80-00. This service costs 50 rubles per week (please note that for 1 day the cost is 50 rubles and for 7 days also 50 rubles).

Cancellation and return

  • Before paying, inspect the received package for damage.
  • If you decide for any reason to refuse the parcel, inform the delivery service employee about your intentions. You can refuse both the entire package and part of the items that did not suit you, paying only for the selected goods and the cost of delivery.
