Overall surcharges are summed up if the length of any side exceeds 100 cm and the sum of the measurements of three sides exceeds 150 cm.

Respond to courier requests and messages - if it is impossible to contact the recipient within 14 days, the shipment will be returned to us by default.

The tariff includes collection from the Organizer and delivery to the specified address. No hidden markups “for design”, “for packaging”, etc.

Tracking is possible on our tracker or on the SDEK tracker using our departure number.

Pickup point ECP-Logistic

Dear Organizers and Participants.

ECP-Logistic provides services for the delivery of shipments through order pick-up points.

Procedure for placing orders for courier delivery

When choosing a receipt method, the participant must select “ECP-Logistic”.

The maximum weight of one item for courier delivery is 30 kg. If the maximum permissible weight is exceeded, the Organizer is obliged to divide the shipment into 2 (or more) pieces with the formation of separate address forms for each of them. If the Organizer refuses to split a shipment weighing more than 30 kg into several pieces, ECP-Logistic reserves the right to refuse delivery of such a shipment.

The maximum dimensions of the item for address delivery are 50x50x150cm. If the maximum dimensions are exceeded, delivery is carried out according to the availability of suitable vehicles on the route, and therefore delivery times may be increased.

In order to avoid delays in delivery of the order, when placing an order, the participant must indicate in his profile his first and last name, as well as the exact contact telephone number for sending an SMS message about the courier’s departure to the address in the format +7 (xxx) xxx-xx-xx or 8xxxxxxxxxxxx.

The participant can indicate the declared value of the item when registering for address delivery. In this case, 1% of the declared value is added to the issuance rate as insurance.

The participant can independently track the movement of his order on the tracker www.ecp-tracking.ru using the shipment number received from the Organizer. Posting of items in the tracker occurs within 24 hours after they are received from the Organizer.

ECP-Logistic does not provide services for receiving orders at meetings.

Courier delivery procedure

The delivery time of the item depends on the tariff chosen by the participant.

Delivery of items is carried out on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00.

Delivery on weekends is possible only if there are appropriate comments on the address form (issued by the participant in the Motherhood-Shop system).

Within the Moscow Ring Road, the participant can indicate the desired time intervals for receiving the shipment on weekdays - from 09:00 to 18:00 / from 09:00 to 14:00 / from 14:00 to 18:00. Outside the Moscow Ring Road, delivery is possible between 14:00 and 18:00. The participant can discuss other delivery intervals personally with the ECP-Logistic courier.

Delivery outside the ECP-Logistic service area is carried out in accordance with the conditions and schedule of ECP-Logistic agents.

Delivery on weekends is carried out without taking into account time intervals.

During busy season (December), delivery times may be extended, but not by more than 3 business days. Delivery during the specified period is carried out during the day without taking into account time intervals.

When the courier leaves for delivery, the participant is sent an SMS with the shipment number and the phone number/name of the courier, by which the participant can specify the expected time of arrival of the courier.

The courier makes a preliminary call to the participant at least an hour before arrival to clarify the address and time of delivery of the item. If it is impossible to contact the participant within 3 business days, information about the shipment is transferred to the Organizer for clarification.

Upon delivery of the shipment, the participant must put the date, name and signature on a copy of the address form, which remains with the courier, to confirm receipt of the shipment.

Payment for delivery of the item and cash on delivery is made in cash or by transfer to bank card specified by the courier. Payment via mobile card terminal is not available.

The shipment is opened if there are obvious signs of damage to the packaging, and is also recommended when receiving a fragile item. In case of damage, the participant must draw up an opening report (in any form) in 2 copies and contact ECP-Logistic for compensation for material damage.

The procedure for transferring items for courier delivery through a pickup point

Organizers and participants of the joint venture can independently hand over their shipments at pick-up points for door-to-door delivery.

The period for moving items from a pick-up point to the door within the Moscow Ring Road is 2-3 days, not counting the day of reception, outside the Moscow Ring Road - 2-4 days in accordance with the schedule for visiting populated areas and pick-up points outside the Moscow Ring Road.

The cost of receiving shipments and issuing address forms at the pick-up point for participants is 30 rubles for each shipment.

Acceptance of shipments is free for Organizers. When handing over shipments to a pick-up point, the Organizer must have 3 acceptance certificates with him.

The minimum number of items for transmission through a pick-up point is not limited.

Refund procedure

In the event of damage to a fully paid shipment with a declared value, ECP-Logistic reimburses the participant for the declared value in the manner prescribed in the terms of reimbursement on the company’s website.

Reimbursement of declared value in case of damage to fragile items and items requiring special temperature regime storage/transportation is possible only if the Organizer has provided proper packaging of the shipment and warned about its special nature by affixing appropriate stickers.

Consideration of claims for damage to fragile shipments and shipments requiring special temperature conditions for storage/transportation is carried out only if the Organizer’s original packaging is preserved.

If a shipment without a declared value is damaged, ECP-Logistic compensates the participant only for the cost of delivery.

If delivery deadlines are missed by more than 3 business days, ECP-Logistic will compensate the participant 100% of the delivery cost in the manner prescribed by the company’s reimbursement terms. ECP-Logistic is not liable to the participant for compensation of lost profits.

In case of loss of a shipment, the fact of delivery of which is confirmed by the seal of the courier or the pickup point operator, ECP-Logistic compensates the participant for 100% of the purchase cost.

Mandatory insurance of fragile commodity investments

Shipments containing fragile goods must have declared value indicated by the sender on the address form, and marked “FRAGILE” (stickers, tape, large inscriptions, etc.), clearly visible on the surface of the package.

For packaging fragile product investments, it is necessary to use bubble wrap and/or carton boxes.

Separate fragile items or parts of one shipment are packaged individually and separated from each other by damping materials (thick cardboard, bubble wrap, foam rubber, polystyrene foam, packaging paper, etc.) to avoid contact with each other. The voids in the packaging must be filled.

Bottled liquids are packaged only in cardboard boxes and only in a vertical position with the obligatory indication “TOP”. Lids and valves are secured in the closed state with tape to prevent spontaneous opening.

Packaging for household chemicals and food products long-term storage must ensure complete tightness and absence of odors from the contents.

If there is a declared value, 1% of its amount is added to the shipping rate. The minimum amount of declared value is 100 rubles.

If the amount of the declared value is less than the actual cost of the goods for purchase, only the amount indicated as the declared value is subject to reimbursement.

Applications for reimbursement of declared value are accepted only if all the above rules are observed, as well as if damage is detected in the presence of the courier or pick-up point operator.

List of fragile commodity investments subject to compulsory insurance

  • glass (crystal) and products made from it (including containers);
  • products made of clay, plaster, ceramics (porcelain, earthenware);
  • plastic products (including containers, stationery, toys);
  • perfumes and cosmetics in plastic containers;
  • bottled household chemicals;
  • electronics and small Appliances;
  • fragile interior items (chandeliers, vases, paintings, mirrors);
  • electric lamps;
  • bulk food products (pasta, flour, cereals, animal feed) and household chemicals (powders, cleaning products) in paper and plastic packaging;
  • other fragile or wrinkled goods that cannot be restored after deformation.

Delivery tariffs to the partner pick-up points listed below in Moscow and the Moscow region within the ECP-Logistic service area are based on actual weight and location of the order pick-up point, regardless of the location of the sender.

The delivery time for items to order pick-up points is 1-3 business days, not counting the day of receipt at the warehouse (when accepted at the order pick-up point, the delivery time may be increased by 1 business day). Shipments are moved to delivery points located within the Moscow Ring Road on a daily basis, and to delivery points located outside the Moscow Ring Road - in accordance with with visiting schedule settlements of the Moscow region.

The period of free storage of the shipment at the pick-up point is 5 working days PVZ, after which the recipient is charged an additional fee of 10 rubles for each subsequent day of storage.

The maximum storage period for a shipment at a pick-up point is 30 calendar days , after which the shipment is returned to the central warehouse and disposed of.

The card payment service is not provided at order pick-up points. Payment can only be made in cash.

If the recipient refuses to pick up the shipment at the pick-up point, the delivery fee is withheld in full from the sender.

Partial redemption service is not provided. The recipient has the right to either pick up the entire order or refuse it completely at the time of receipt.

Issue is carried out only after the shipment has been assigned the status "At the point of issue"in the trackeror after receiving an SMS notification about the arrival of the shipment at the pickup point. Check tracking numbers with senders - failure to receive an SMS notification does not exempt you from paying an additional tariff for exceeding the free storage period.

The recipient has the right to move his shipment from one pickup point to another (error when choosing a point, relocation, etc.). In this case in addition to the issuing tariff At the final pickup point, the recipient is required to pay a transfer cost equal to the pickup rate at the original pickup point plus the late fee at the original pickup point (if any).
