Monitor the availability of fire extinguishing means at the work site in accordance with the list approved by the management of the enterprise;
Be able to use fire extinguishing equipment, know how to call the fire department, inform the dispatcher, senior management or the person responsible for fire safety about the fire. If a fire is detected, stop work, seal the wellhead, instruct the first assistant driller to turn off the power, the hoist operator to turn off the internal combustion engines, and begin to extinguish the fire using primary means;

2. Requirements before starting work
2.1. The driller is the responsible performer of work on his watch.
2.2. Before starting work, the workover driller must take a shift. When taking over a watch, he is obliged to:
Familiarize yourself with the entries in the shift log, the log for checking the state of working conditions, the plan for upcoming work, and the orders of the work manager;

2.8. The driller has no right to start work if the shift is not fully staffed, except in cases where the suspension of work threatens an accident.

2.13. Before performing tripping operations, the driller is obliged, together with the members of the watch, to check the serviceability of the tool:
Slings, elevators, mechanical keys KMU, automatic machine APR-2VB, etc.;
Brake system (integrity of brake bands, degree of operation of brake pads, ease and smoothness of operation of the brake handle). The winch braking system should not allow the drum to slip when braked. The end of the brake handle during full braking must be at a height of at least 80-90 cm from the floor. A lock is provided to hold the brake handle in the required position. It is PROHIBITED to leave the winch brake lever unlocked;
Check the serviceability of the traveling block limiter (anti-drag) system. The anti-drag device must be installed so that after its activation the traveling block stops from the crown block at a distance of at least 2 meters;

2.15. To prevent possible oil, gas and water shows, the driller must check:
Availability of an emergency supply of flushing fluid appropriate specific gravity and the volume for topping up the well during a trip;
Availability of personal protective equipment, gas analyzers;
Knowledge of the watch members about the properties and harmful effects of the expected gas, the procedure for behavior in conditions of gas contamination, the nature of the first signs of poisoning and measures to provide first aid to victims;
Serviceability of blowout prevention equipment;
Team members know their responsibilities in the event of an “ALARM” signal.
3. Requirements during operation
3.1. Well overhaul work is carried out by a specialized team according to a plan approved by the chief engineer and chief geologist of Burenie-2 LLC and agreed with the chief engineer and chief geologist of the NGDU.
3.2. During tripping operations, the workover driller is obliged to:
Before lifting the tubing string, make sure that they are not stuck. Sticking of pipes is determined by the weight indicator GIV-6;
Constantly monitor the readings of the GIV-6 weight indicator;
Do not allow workers to be within the operating radius of the machine key, under the load or on the path of its movement, on the path of the tubing movement to the center of the well;

3.4. When working using the R-360 rotor, the driller is obliged to:
Arrange special equipment on the bush according to the approved diagram;
