To check the mechanical properties, susceptibility to intergranular corrosion, contamination with non-metallic inclusions and grain size, it is allowed to select a sheet of the greatest thickness from a batch consisting of sheets of different thicknesses and one heat treatment mode. 4.4. Upon receipt of unsatisfactory test results for at least one of the indicators, repeated tests are carried out on a sample selected according to GOST 7566. 5. TEST METHODS5.1. 3.10. At the request of the consumer, sheets are produced:
a) with checking the tendency to intergranular corrosion of steel grades 08X17T, 15X25T and 07X16H6;
b) with verification of internal defects by non-destructive methods. The norms are established by agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer;

(Changed edition, Rev. No. 2, 3).
4. ACCEPTANCE RULES
4.1. Sheet steel is accepted in batches. The batch must consist of metal of the same heat, one state of material, one thickness, and for heat-treated steel - one heat treatment mode. Sheets differing in thickness by no more than 40% - for sheets with a thickness of 4 to 12 mm, no more than 5 mm - for sheets with a thickness of more than 12 mm can be combined into one batch.
By agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer, batches consisting of several heats of the same grade or one heat of sheets of different thicknesses are allowed.
(Revised edition, Rev. No. 3).
4.1.1. Each batch must be accompanied by a quality document in accordance with GOST 7566-81 with additions:
results of testing the mechanical properties of hard-worked and semi-hard-worked sheets and sheets with a thickness of over 25 mm;
results of testing sheets of steel grades 03X22H6M2 and 03X23H6 for susceptibility to intergranular corrosion;
results of checking sheets for internal defects;
hardness control results.
(Introduced additionally, Amendment No. 2).
4.2. All sheets of the batch are subjected to surface control, non-flatness and dimensions.
The manufacturer is allowed to control the flatness and dimensions of the sheets selectively, but not less than one sheet of each thickness in the batch.
4.3. To check the quality of the sheets are selected:
for tensile testing, determination of impact strength, grain size and surface roughness - one sheet from the batch;
to determine the tendency to intergranular corrosion - according to GOST 6032-84;
to determine the contamination of steel with non-metallic inclusions - according to GOST 1778-70;
to check the chemical composition - according to GOST 7565-81.
To check the mechanical properties, susceptibility to intergranular corrosion, contamination with non-metallic inclusions and grain size, it is allowed to select a sheet of the greatest thickness from a batch consisting of sheets of different thicknesses and one heat treatment mode.

Introduction date 01.01.79
This standard applies to thick plate, hot-rolled and cold-rolled corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steel (hereinafter referred to as steel), manufactured in sheets.
1. CLASSIFICATION
1.1. Steel is subdivided:
According to the state of the material and the quality of the surface into groups: cold-rolled hard-worked - H1, cold-rolled semi-hard-worked - PN1,
cold-rolled, heat-treated, pickled or after bright annealing - М2а, МЗа, М4а, М5а,
cold-rolled heat-treated - M5v, hot-rolled heat-treated,
pickled or after light annealing - M2b, M3b, M4b, M5b, hot-rolled heat-treated unetched - M5g, hot-rolled without heat treatment and unetched - 5d;
By rolling accuracy: increased accuracy - A, normal accuracy - B;
By type of edges: edged - O, unedged - BUT;
According to the deviation from flatness of sheets with a tensile strength of 690 N / mm 2 (70 kgf / mm 2) or less by:
especially high flatness - PO, high flatness - PV, improved flatness - PU, normal flatness - PN.
1.2. It is allowed to produce thick steel sheets with higher rolling accuracy than specified in the order.

2. ASSORTMENT
2.1. Hot-rolled plate steel is made with a thickness of 4 to 50 mm, cold-rolled - from 4 to 5 mm.
2.2. The shape, dimensions and maximum deviations in dimensions of steel plate must comply with the requirements:
For hot-rolled - GOST 19903;
For cold-rolled - GOST 19904.
Hot-rolled sheets with a thickness of more than 20 mm with a cut edge are produced by agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer.
Hot-rolled sheets of increased rolling accuracy A are produced at the request of the consumer.
(Revised edition, Rev. No. 2).
2.3. The deviation of sheets from flatness must correspond to that indicated in Table. 1.
Notes:
1. At the request of the consumer, hot-rolled sheets with a thickness of 4-5 mm are produced with an especially high flatness (PO), a thickness of 6 mm or more - with increased (PV) and improved (PU) flatness.
2. By agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer, sheets with a thickness of more than 20 mm are produced without straightening. In this case, the deviation from flatness should not exceed 30 mm per 1 m of length.
3. For sheets in a heat-treated state without etching, the deviation from flatness is not standardized.
