Sublimation
Sublimation printing is carried out as follows: first, the image is printed with a sublimation printer on special paper, then the image is transferred to the product using a heat press. Under the influence of temperature, the ink penetrates into the structure of the fabric fibers, and the picture is “forever” fixed on the product and is not felt at all to the touch. Sublimation is applied only to white synthetic products: T-shirts, umbrellas, pillows, windbreakers, sports and work clothes, etc. For sublimation printing, special T-shirts with the addition of synthetics are used. Is digital printing right for you?
As a rule, printing of photographs or inscriptions is ordered for various events or as a gift. These could be corporate events, birthdays, promotions, school events or competitions. 1) You have already precisely decided on the theme of the print and prepared a file that meets all the requirements. Namely: for direct digital printing there must be a raster file with a size of 800 pixels on the smaller side.
The plotter requires a file in vector format, prepared in CorelDraw with the necessary settings. Urgent printing using silk-screen printing is only possible within a few hours (minimum 3), since preparatory work is required for production.
2) The second important point is preparing the base. The fastest way is to select it from our catalog on the website. We always have T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts and other items in stock in the required size, color and style.
If the client provides the basis themselves, then this must be done in advance. Moreover, in this case we are not responsible for a possible marriage, the probability of which, although not high, is always there. We will not be able to replace your product with the same item; we will offer you the choice of products that we have in stock.
3) Another factor influencing the deadlines is the degree of production workload. We always meet our clients halfway and carry out work promptly.
