6. Medical prevention

In my work I try to observe ethics and diontology, which contributes to the creation of a favorable climate in the department, in the team. In order to achieve efficiency and improve the quality of nursing care, a nursing process has been introduced in our department, in which all nurses participate.

After analyzing the work of the nursing process, it can be noted that a caring, attentive attitude to the patient leads to a quick recovery of the patient.

While on duty, in the form of conversations, I carry out work on hygienic education among patients. Hygienic education of the population is one of the forms of disease prevention. Healthy lifestyle: rejection bad habits playing sports improves health. Compliance with the regime of work, rest and nutrition reduces the risk of exacerbation of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Compliance with and implementation of personal hygiene rules prevents infection with infections such as HIV, hepatitis B, C.

To improve my professional level, I regularly attend hospital conferences, seminars, lectures. I take an active part in public life hospitals.

Conclusion

The peculiarities of the work of a medical worker place high demands not only on theoretical knowledge and professional skills, but also on the moral and ethical character of a nurse, the ability to behave with dignity in a team, to be merciful with patients and polite with their relatives. Professional knowledge and strict implementation of the orders of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation on the observance of the sanitary and epidemiological regime, the rules of asepsis and the technique of performing manipulations can prevent the occurrence of post-injection complications and nosocomial infections. There were no such cases in the department during the past period. Possession of related professions and the principle of interchangeability of employees ensures a continuous treatment process.
