2. Job responsibilities

Head of AHO:

2.1. Provides maintenance and proper condition in accordance with the rules and regulations of industrial sanitation and fire protection of buildings and premises in which the company's divisions are located, as well as monitoring the serviceability of equipment (elevators, lighting, heating, ventilation systems, etc.).

2.2. Participates in the development of plans for current and overhauls fixed assets (buildings, water supply systems, air ducts and other structures), drawing up estimates of household expenses.

2.3. Organizes the repair of premises, monitors the quality of the repair work.

2.4. Provides subdivisions of the enterprise with means of mechanization of engineering and managerial work, monitors their safety and timely repairs.
