In industry, mastering the production of new types of products, raising the technical level and quality of products, and improving all the technical and economic indicators of the work of enterprises are directly related to the technological preparation of production.

Under technological preparation of production is understood as the whole complex of works on the development of technology, the manufacture of the necessary technological equipment and tools, the installation and development of new equipment and the debugging of all operations and the entire process of manufacturing a new product.

The Unified System for Technological Preparation of Production (USTPP) is the basis for increasing production efficiency and product quality. It is a means of generalizing and comprehensively introducing the achievements of science, technology and advanced industrial experience into the national economy.

The main feature of the ECTPP is that it is based on a solid regulatory framework (standardization) and provides high mobility industry, which can be quickly switched to the production of the required range of products at high production and technical indicators, thereby ensuring the possibility of continuous improvement of existing production through the systematic introduction of the latest achievements of science and technology.

The following main systems are used in ESTPP: a set of standards for putting products into production, the Unified System for Design Documentation (ESKD), the Unified System for Technological Documentation (ESTD), etc.

2) System for the development and production of products for production (SRiPIP).

Products to be developed and put into production must meet the requirements of the customer and ensure the possibility of its effective use and the possibility of export, taking into account the requirements of legislative and regulatory acts. Product development is carried out under an agreement with the customer or at the initiative of the developer. The results of development in the form of scientific and technical products are transferred to the customer or, at his direction, to the manufacturer.

The functions of the customer can be performed by a state, cooperative or public organization(company). The customer must in all cases be guided by the interests of consumers.

Developer based initial requirements customer, studying demand, conditions of use and development trends, conducts the necessary research, development and technological work, including patent research, cost analysis, modeling, artistic design and other progressive methods of creating products, guided by regulatory and technical and other documents.

The development and production of products in the general case provides for:

1) development of terms of reference;

2) development of technical and NTD;

3) production and testing of product samples;

4) acceptance of development results;

5) preparation and development of production.

Some of these works can be combined, as well as change their sequence and supplement with other works, depending on the specifics of the product and the organization of its production.

The development and production of SI is carried out taking into account the requirements State system ensuring the uniformity of measurements.

3) Unified system for design documentation (ESKD) is a complex state standards that establish interrelated rules, requirements and norms for the development, execution and circulation of design documentation (CD), developed and applied at all stages life cycle products (during design, development, manufacture, control, acceptance, operation, repair, disposal).

The main purpose of the ESKD standards is to establish uniform optimal rules, requirements and norms for the implementation, execution and circulation of design documentation, which provide [:

1. application of modern methods and means at all stages of the product life cycle;

2. optimal completeness of the design documentation and the possibility of interchange without its re-registration;

3. mechanization and automation of the processing of CD and the information contained in them;

4. high quality products and the presence in the design documentation of requirements that ensure the safety of the use of products for the life and health of consumers, environment, as well as preventing damage to property;

5. the possibility of expanding unification and standardization in the design of products and the development of design documentation;

6. the possibility of certification of products;

7. reduction of terms and reduction of labor intensity of preparation of production;

8. correct operation of products and prompt preparation of documentation for quick changeover of existing production;

9. simplification of CD forms and graphic images;

10. the ability to create and maintain a single information base and the possibility of harmonizing ESKD standards with international standards in the field of CD;

ESKD standards apply to mechanical engineering and instrumentation products. The scope of individual standards has been expanded, which is stipulated in the introduction to them.

4) Unified system of technological documentation (ESTD) ─ This is a set of standards and guiding normative documents that establish interrelated rules and regulations for the development, assembly, execution and circulation of technological documentation used in the manufacture and repair of products.

Purpose of a set of documents ESTD:

1. the establishment of unified unified forms of documents that ensure the compatibility of information, regardless of the methods used for designing documents (without the use of mechanization, with the use of mechanization or automation);

2. creation of a unified information base for the introduction of mechanization and automation tools used in the design of technological documents and solving engineering and technical problems;

3. establishment unified requirements and rules for paperwork for single, standard and group technological processes and operations, depending on the degree of detail of the description technological processes;

4. ensuring optimal conditions for the transfer of technological documentation to another enterprise with minimal re-registration;

5. creation of prerequisites for reducing the labor intensity of engineering and technical work performed in the field of technological preparation of production and in production management;

6. ensuring interconnection with the systems of general technical and organizational and methodological standards.

The main technological documents are used, as a rule, in the workplace. Auxiliary technological documents are developed in order to improve and optimize the organization of work on the technological preparation of production. Derivative technological documents are used to solve problems related to the rationing of labor costs, the issuance and delivery of materials, semi-finished products and components.

5) System of labor safety standards (SSBT).

SSBT is a set of interrelated regulatory documents aimed at ensuring and improving the working conditions of workers in the national economy.

SSBT includes organizational and methodological standards that establish requirements for the organization of work to ensure safety, and organizational and methodological foundations for standardization in the field of labor safety. SSBT also includes standards for requirements and norms for types of hazardous and harmful production factors, on safety requirements for production equipment, on production processes, on requirements for protective equipment for workers, on safety requirements for buildings and structures.
The objectives of these standards, in particular, are:

standardization of labor safety requirements;

· Incorporation of labor safety requirements into standards and specifications for specific facilities.

SSBT, created in 1972, is continuously developing and improving in accordance with the increasing requirements for labor protection. It includes about 400 state standards. The norms and requirements established in the SSBT are included in 76 thousand standards and specifications for specific types of manufactured products, in particular for equipment, materials, etc.

The SSBT establishes a unified procedure for the development of standards, their consideration, agreement, approval, publication, planned implementation; a system of control and supervision of implementation and compliance has been established.

The norms and requirements of the SSBT are mandatory included in all types of documentation - design, technological, design, as well as in instructions for labor protection and other documents. On the basis of SSBT standards, enterprises develop labor safety standards (STP SSBT) and various rules and instructions for labor protection.

The Unified System for Technological Preparation of Production (USTPP) is a system established by state standards for organizing and managing the process of technological preparation for production (TPP), which provides for the widespread use of progressive standard technological processes, standard technological equipment and equipment, mechanization and automation tools production processes, engineering and management works (GOST 14.001-73). The main purpose is to provide:

  • - a systematic approach to the choice and application of methods and means of CCI that is unified for all enterprises and organizations;
  • - mastering the production and production of products of the highest quality category, in the shortest possible time with minimal labor and material costs at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
  • - organization of production with a high degree of flexibility, allowing for the possibility of its continuous improvement and fast changeover for the release of new products.

The set of standards ESTPP (class 14) includes the following groups of standards:

  • 0- general provisions;
  • 1 - rules for organizing and managing the process of technological preparation of production;
  • 2 - rules for ensuring manufacturability of product design;
  • 3 - rules for the development and application of technological processes and technological equipment;
  • 4 - application rules technical means mechanization and automation of engineering and technical works;
  • 5 - other standards.

Let's stop at brief description some of the fundamental standards of the ECTPP.

GOST 14.201-73 provides general rules development of product design for manufacturability. Designs are quantified by a system of indicators, which includes basic (initial) indicators and indicators of the level of manufacturability (the ratio of indicators to base ones). technological manufacturing product consumption

The development and execution of technological documents is a rather time-consuming part of the overall range of work on the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This is due to the presence in the production of EMU of a very large range of parts and assemblies and, consequently, a huge amount of documentation in circulation in production. Uniform rules for the execution, execution, assembly and circulation of technological documentation are established by the ESTD system (Unified System for Technological Documentation), which ensures continuity with ESKD (Unified System for Design Documentation), the possibility of processing information on a computer, the possibility of interchange of technological documents between enterprises.

GOST 14.302-73 and GOST 14.303-73 draw Special attention on the use of standard technological processes and the widespread use of computers. The rules for the development of working technological processes are set out in GOST 14.311-75, and for group processes - in GOST 14.316-75.

Choice technological equipment produced in accordance with GOST 14.301-73 and GOST 14.304-73. In conditions of small-scale production, a significant effect can be expected when using universal equipment.

The rules for selecting technological equipment in ESTPP are provided by GOST 14.305-73. This standard specifies general order choice; Attention is focused on the use of universal and collapsible equipment. The use of universal types of technological equipment is one of the effective ways to shorten the cycle of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Of great importance is the provision of production with purchased tools. In ESTPP, the rules for organizing tool management are provided for by GOST 14.105-74, which states that the main tasks of tool management are: determining the need for a tool, planning, organizing operation, technical supervision, providing jobs, as well as accounting and storage.

One of important works in the Chamber of Commerce is the compilation of a statement of material consumption rates. The main difficulty in determining the consumption rates of materials is the calculation of itemized rates. Consolidated norms are the sum of detailed norms for brands, assortment and standard sizes. The rules for calculating the consumption rates of materials using computer technology are given in GOST 14.106-74. In the automated solution of problems for the calculation of material consumption rates, information arrays and algorithms for solving problems of calculating rates are used in accordance with the formulas given in the same standard.

The planning of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry is carried out taking into account the coordination of the work of many departments of the plant. When determining the deadlines for the completion of work, the deadlines for the release of new products are taken as the basis, then the scope of work is calculated by stages depending on the labor intensity, the number of performers, original parts, etc., after which a network work schedule is drawn up. The overall picture of the activities of all departments involved in the preparation of production is reflected in the scheme of events and work. When constructing a network graph, probabilistic methods are used, while for each event the minimum probable and maximum execution time is determined, and for each work - the mathematical expectation and its variance.

To build workflow schemes and network management models, the ESTPP system provides for the use of information models of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in particular, GOST 14.104-74 contains the rules for developing an information model of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The graphical information model of the CCI system is a schematic description of the CCI system and reflects the range of functions and tasks solved in the system, information links, types of information carriers, etc. Models of the TPP system are represented by a set of block diagrams, which, depending on the degree of detail, are divided into block diagrams of functions, block diagrams of tasks, and block diagrams of procedures. The above GOST establishes the procedure, requirements and rules for the implementation of flowcharts.

List of main standards according to ESTPP:

  • 1. GOST 14.001 - 73. General provisions.
  • 2. GOST 14.002 - 73. Basic requirements for the technological preparation of production.
  • 3. GOST 14.003 - 74. The procedure for organizing scientific and technical developments in the field of technological preparation of production, acceptance and transfer to production.

The most important step in ensuring product quality is the technological preparation of production (TPP). In the process of manufacturing products, their quality is refined. A modern production facility is characterized by a significant number of changes and modifications to the design and manufacturing technology, i.e. in practice, work on technological preparation does not stop until the change of the production facility. Pre-production is a continuous process.

In the technological preparation of production, there is a range of general issues that do not depend on the sectoral affiliation of enterprises, for example, methods of technological classification and coding of parts, assembly units, technological processes, equipment, tooling, tools, forms of design and technological documentation (taking into account the possibility of using computer technology), etc.

The unified production preparation system includes a set of standards that establish modern methods and means of organizing management and solving problems of technological preparation of production, and solves the following tasks:

Technological analysis of the product;

· organizational and technological analysis of production; planning, accounting and management of the CCI;

development of a complex of technological processes;

building a quality control system;

design and manufacture of means of production;

development of a regulatory framework for production;

Debugging of technological processes, equipment and tooling.

As a single system, ECTPP puts forward a number of requirements for other general technical and industry systems, such as the classification and coding of the elements of the CCI; building an information system; typification and standardization of means and technological processes of the main and auxiliary production; standardization of the rules for the design of technological and organizational and technical documentation. The latter is regulated by the standards of the Unified System of Technological Documentation (ESTD).

The unified system of technological documentation is a set of state standards that establish:

Forms of general-purpose documentation (route map of the technological process, summary detail-technological specification, map of sketches, diagrams and adjustments, etc.);

Rules for the design of technological processes and forms of documentation for the processes of casting, cutting and cutting blanks, mechanical and thermal processing, welding, processes specific to the industries of radio engineering, electronics, etc.

There is a close relationship between ESTd and ESKd. These systems play a big role in improving production management, increasing its efficiency, in introducing automated systems management, etc.
