1.11. The workover driller is obliged to:
Monitor the availability of fire extinguishing equipment at the place of work in accordance with the list approved by the management of the enterprise;
Be able to use fire extinguishing equipment, know how to call the fire brigade, inform the dispatcher, higher management or the person responsible for fire safety about the fire. If a fire is detected, stop work, seal the wellhead, instruct the first assistant driller to turn off the power, the lift operator to turn off the internal combustion engines, start extinguishing the fire with primary means;

2. Requirements before starting work
2.1. The driller is the responsible executor of work in his watch.
2.2. Before starting work, the workover driller must take the watch. When taking a watch, he must:
Familiarize yourself with the entries in the shift journal, the journal for checking the state of working conditions, with the plan for the upcoming work, orders of the work manager;

2.7. Before inspecting the mechanisms and minor repairs of individual parts of these mechanisms, their drives must be turned off and measures taken against spontaneous switching on, and warning posters “DO NOT START - PEOPLE WORK” are installed on the starting devices.
2.8. The driller does not have the right to start work if the watch is not fully staffed, except in cases where the suspension of work threatens to cause an accident.

2.12. Before installing the lifting unit, the workover driller must:
In agreement with the foreman and the driver of the lifting unit, determine the place of installation of the lift from where the wellhead should be clearly visible;
Clearly indicate the locations of the receiving walkways, refilling tanks, tool booths and other equipment;
Give specific instructions to the driller's assistants on the arrangement of the working platform and receiving walkways;

2.13. Before performing tripping operations, the driller is obliged, together with the members of the watch, to check the serviceability of the tool:
Slings, elevators, CMU mechanical keys, automatic machine APR-2VB, etc.;
Brake system (integrity of the brake bands, the degree of operation of the brake pads, the ease and smoothness of the brake lever). The braking system of the winch must not allow slippage of the drum in a braked state. The end of the brake handle at full braking should be at a height of at least 80-90 cm from the floor. Availability of an emergency supply of flushing liquid corresponding to specific gravity and volume for topping up the well during tripping;
Availability of personal protective equipment, gas analyzers;
Knowledge by members of the watch of the properties and harmful effects of the expected gas, the procedure for behavior in conditions of gas contamination, the nature of the first signs of poisoning and measures to provide first aid to victims;
Serviceability of blowout prevention equipment;

3. Requirements during operation
3.1. Well workover works are carried out by a specialized team according to a plan approved by the chief engineer and chief geologist of Burenie-2 LLC and agreed with the chief engineer and chief geologist of the Oil and Gas Production Department.
3.2. During tripping operations, the workover driller is obliged to:
