- After washing, rinse your face with water to which apple cider vinegar is added (1 teaspoon of vinegar per 0.5 l of water).
- Make a compress of apple cider vinegar diluted with water (1 teaspoon of vinegar per 1 liter of water). Soak a gauze pad in the solution and apply it on your face and neck for a few minutes.
You can also make masks from apples.
For all skin types. Peel the apple, grate it on a fine grater and squeeze the juice. Apply a gauze pad well moistened with juice or simply put a layer of cotton on your face for 15-20 minutes. Dry skin must first be lubricated with a greasy cream. After removing the mask, wipe your face first with a wet and then with a dry cotton swab.
For normal skin. Peel the apple, grate and mix with a teaspoon of sour cream or olive oil and a teaspoon of starch. Apply the resulting mixture on the face and neck for 20-25 minutes, and then rinse with warm water.
For oily skin. Grate 1-2 apples on a fine grater, put the gruel on your face for 15-20 minutes. After that, wash off the mask with cool water. This mask refreshes and nourishes the skin, saturating it with vitamins. It also has an astringent effect, tightens pores.
For dry and normal skin. To a tablespoon of freshly squeezed apple juice, add half an egg yolk and a little flour or starch. Apply the mask on your face for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Beautiful hands - in 5 minutes
After kitchen work, especially peeling vegetables, the skin on the fingers and feet can become rough and dark. Solving this problem can be very simple.
To soften the rough skin of the hands, rub it with a piece of peeled apple for several minutes. Then wash your hands with water and apply a nourishing cream.
If the skin of your hands has darkened while cooking, wipe your hands with an apple peel or a slice of lemon.
Toning and nourishing mask. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 teaspoon of starch and the same amount of milk. For oily skin, instead of milk, take sour cream or yogurt. Apply a face mask. Anti-puffiness and redness mask. If you have natural yogurt in the fridge (full-fat is best), apply it in a thick layer on your face and leave it on for 10 minutes. Lactic acid will quickly remove unpleasant swelling and redness. Wash off with cool water.

Now the girls will take turns listing the names of fairy tales, each with one name. The maximum delay is 10 seconds. If nothing is remembered during this time, the participant is eliminated from the game. Exit from the competition entails the repetition of the already named fairy tales. But that's not all. This is only the first round of the competition. When there are three participants left, this stage ends and the next one begins. The essence of the second stage is to compose a fairy tale for the given characters. Of course with a certain morality. If the conditions are clear, then proceed to the contest itself.
