Job Description of the Deputy Director for Educational Work is developed by an employee of the HR department or the person responsible for labor protection in the organization, and approved by its head. We will tell you in this article how to correctly draw up a job description for this employee.

Job Description of the Deputy Director for Educational Work

The text of the job description, as a rule, includes several sections:

For reference: in some cases, employers want the employee who is responsible for working with children to know the text of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which was adopted by the UN on November 20, 1989. In this case, it is advisable not only to present this document to him for review, but also to obtain the employee’s signature confirming reading.

We have provided a sample job description plan. Since the legislator does not establish requirements for the content of the deputy director’s instructions for educational work and its content remains at the discretion of the head of the organization and those responsible for drawing up the document, any of the sections described above can be either changed or simply excluded.

Job responsibilities of the deputy director for educational work

Within the framework of the job description of an employee who is responsible only for the educational process in an educational institution, a rather narrow range of responsibilities is considered. However, in the staff of educational organizations, it is much more common to find a deputy director for educational work (in common parlance - a head teacher), whose range of job responsibilities is noticeably wider.

All job responsibilities related to the organization of the educational process can be divided into several groups:

  1. Providing the methodological component of training. The head teacher is obliged to draw up, approve and adjust, if necessary, curricula for students. An important condition is the speed of correction, which may be associated with a change in the situation in an educational institution or in the country. For example, when introducing an additional lesson in connection with some emergency (terrorist act, natural disaster, etc.).
  2. Coordination of the work of the teaching staff. The deputy director has the right to attend lessons, clubs and extracurricular activities in order to monitor the work of the teacher. In addition, he is responsible for conducting timely certification of teachers and their training in order to improve their qualifications.
  3. Planning. We are talking about current and long-term plans, which must be drawn up by the deputy director for educational work and approved by the director of the institution.
  4. Ensuring the educational process. This applies not only to the practical part (providing educational materials, plans, manuals, etc.), but also to the material part (arranging classrooms, creating conditions for creativity, etc.).
  5. Timely submission of reports.

The list of job responsibilities of the head teacher, as well as the deputy for educational work, may be subject to adjustment. The main thing is to spell out the provisions of this section of the job description in as much detail as possible so that the employee does not have questions about what is within his competence.

Familiarization of the deputy with the job description must be confirmed by his signature. When making changes to a document, the employee must also familiarize himself with them and confirm his agreement with a signature, since otherwise the changes will not have legal force.

4. Rules for the activities of a manager

So, you have determined where it would be more appropriate to start work, established the scope of your responsibilities, and found out what documentation is needed in the work. About what

What else should you remember to successfully fulfill your duties as a leader? Most likely, you should think about the rules for organizing your activities. There are many such rules, many smart books have been written about this. Which rules will become yours, that is, those that will guide you in your work?

Get acquainted with the statements below, try to determine which of them seemed very accurate to you and you will most likely adhere to the provisions set out in them in your work, which ones are, in your opinion, controversial, and which ones you generally have a negative attitude towards .

The work of your thought will naturally end with the development of your own rules, which at first can be borrowed from others, and perhaps someone himself will become the author of the unique wise rules of a leader. In people-oriented work, there is only one key to success: trust.

Trust but check.

Managing means:

a) foresee - study the future and establish a program of action;

b) organize – build a double organism of the enterprise:

material and social;

c) command – put into action the personnel of the enterprise;

d) coordinate - connect and unite, combine all actions and efforts;

d) control - watch that everything happens

in accordance with established rules and regulations (Henri Fayal).

· Keep order and order will keep you (Latin formula).

· All management ultimately comes down to stimulating people's activity (Lee Iacocca is a famous American manager).

· Those who want to work are looking for “means”; those who don’t want to are looking for

"causes" ().

· Whoever screams is hard to hear.

· Anger is short-term madness (Horace).

· Learn to listen and you can benefit even from those who speak poorly (Plutarch).

· Managing employee behavior means, first of all, managing your own behavior.

· Leaders are divided not into young and old, but into smart and fools (folk wisdom)

8. Methods of planning work

Well planned is half done.

Options for planning extracurricular activities

· Objective – I am looking for an object (we determine the objects of extracurricular activities, to the development of which efforts will be directed).

· Problematic – we identify leading problems and activities that will help solve existing problems.

· By form – we include various forms of activity in the plan.

· By interests - we determine the leading interests of teachers and schoolchildren and plan activities based on them

· By areas - we determine priority areas of activity and draw up a plan for specific cases.

It is possible to synthesize all of the listed options and plan activities taking into account each of the options.

Visual design of the plan

Tabular, graphic, picture, text.

Time limit of the plan

Annual, semi-annual, ten-day, monthly, quarterly, weekly, daily.

Planning, usually starts with a definition goals and objectives educational work and from collecting information about the possibilities of achieving them. First of all, the process planning begins with an analysis of educational work over the past period.

Analysis - this is the identification of high or low,

positive or negative results of educational work, the reasons that led to success or failure, this is the determination of ways to develop success or overcome shortcomings in work. In the work of any leader, the ability to analyze manifests itself on a daily basis. But this is especially important when completing periods of the educational process. The school year is one such period. A creative group can help in collecting and analyzing information, which includes: the head of the class teacher’s education department, experienced and the most active class teachers. They also help in drawing up plans for the new school year.

Analysis of educational work We recommend starting with an analysis of the implementation of goals and solving problems, then an analysis of events and activities in the main areas of educational work of the school is carried out: KTD, the work of student self-government bodies, patriotic education, mass sports and physical education, development of additional education, organization of work with parents , the state of work with adolescents and families at risk. In this case, it is possible to use a criterion-oriented analysis aimed at identifying the main indicators of the effectiveness of educational work, the humanity of educational relations, the involvement of students in the life of the team, the formation of business and interpersonal connections, the effectiveness of psychological, pedagogical and medical-social support for the development process of students. Experience

shows that it is possible to make writing an analysis easier by having high-quality, reliable, reliable information about the state of educational work. That's why Gathering information is a very significant part of analysis. When collecting information, we recommend using different methods: pedagogical observation, different kinds surveys of teachers and students, questionnaires (for this we use various methods: “Collective portrait”, “Schoolchildren and culture”, “Your attitude to knowledge”, “My attitude to school”, “Teacher, student, team”, “Schoolchildren’s satisfaction with life ”; “Atmosphere at school”, etc.), operational analysis of the event, certificates based on the results of inspections as part of in-school control, minutes of pedagogical councils and meetings of the class teachers’ committee, monitoring of schoolchildren’s participation in district, regional and All-Russian competitions. Analyze, compare, summarize the collected information, and, if necessary, arrange it in the form of various tables and diagrams. And only after that start writing a job analysis. Finish the analysis by defining the goals and educational objectives for the new school year, which mainly follow from the analysis. The purpose of the educational work of the school is ( For example) creation of conditions conducive to the development of intellectual, creative, personal qualities of students, their socialization and adaptation in society on the basis of an individual and valeological approach, the organization of CTD in extracurricular activities within

educational system of the school.

When planning educational work for the new school year it is necessary to rely on the set goals and objectives, the traditions of the school, the characteristics of the teaching staff, the interests and needs of students and parents. Based on the purpose of the educational work of the school, Activities are planned in various areas: KTD, patriotic education, development of additional education, organization of work with parents and others. So, if the school has a traditional KTD system:

· “Day of Knowledge”

    “Teacher’s Day” “Autumn Ball” “Mother’s Day” New Year holidays Competitions for February 23 Holidays dedicated to women's day 8 March Review amateur performances Exhibitions of applied and artistic creativity Memory watch for Victory Day “Last Bell”

An interview with class teachers allows us to determine what type of activity attracts them and what event they could hold most interestingly. Therefore, when determining who is responsible, we take into account

wishes of teachers and, of course, the age category of students in the class. When organizing additional education at school, we recommend taking into account the interests of children. For example, if the most popular club among middle and high school students is “ Computer techologies”, the military-patriotic education club “Corsair”, sports sections (their rating has not fallen for several years), then they have a place in the system of additional education. Schoolchildren who attend these associations participate in school and district exhibitions and are awarded diplomas and prizes. The school does not have a tourist association. Therefore, one of the tasks for this academic year is (give quotes from the analysis). One of the sources of information collection is control. Intra-school control is necessary in order to timely receive, analyze and evaluate information about the process and results of educational activities, make adjustments to the process of development of educational relations, and promote its optimal course. When planning internal school control on issues of educational work, first of all, proceed from the analysis of work. Thus, in the analysis of educational work for the last academic year it is indicated ( For example) that class teachers did not do enough work on the professional guidance of schoolchildren, and also that not all class teachers fully relied on student self-government bodies in the process of organizing educational work in the classroom. Based on this, these directions in the work of class teachers

subject to review this academic year. In-school control this year ( For example) includes a comprehensive check of the “Activities of the school’s social service”, as well as thematic ones: classroom-generalizing control in grades 5 and 10, thematic-generalizing ones studying the state of work in additional education associations (group occupancy, quality of the educational process) , organizing work to prevent neglect and delinquency among minors and others. Many of the issues to be checked are brought up to a meeting with the director, others - to the class teachers' MO. Besides, One teachers' council per academic year is devoted to consideration of issues of educational work of the school. Based on the purpose of educational work, the topic of the teachers’ council (For example) is defined as follows: “The activities of the teaching staff in the field of socialization of students.”

Among the many functional responsibilities deputy Director of VR, the organization of methodological assistance to class teachers, additional education teachers, and social educators is of no small importance. We recommend planning methodological work with teachers, start with diagnostic and analytical activities. Teaching methods of educational work can only be done on the basis of studying the professional difficulties of each teacher; you also need to know his strengths, his

capabilities, characteristics, inclinations and hobbies. Acquaintance with the experience of educational work of class teachers can be organized through an interview with them, observation, and questioning. Based on the data obtained, plan work: with some teachers - individually, with others - in microgroups. Some questions should be brought up to class teacher meetings. The topics of the meetings of the Ministry of Education are determined based on the problems identified during the analysis of the educational work of the school. Thus, when organizing methodological work, teachers are provided with assistance in improving their professional skills in raising children. The experience of class teachers and additional education teachers is generalized. Teachers share their experience of working in the classroom teachers’ organization, at thematic teacher councils on issues of educational work (they speak on various areas of educational work in the classroom, on topics of self-education).
