I. General provisions

1. The section of the Unified Qualification Directory of the positions of managers, specialists and employees (hereinafter referred to as the CKS) is designed to promote the correct selection and placement of personnel, improve their business skills, division of labor between managers, specialists, as well as ensure unity of approaches in determining the job responsibilities of these categories of workers and the qualification requirements for them and consists of five sections: I -; II-; III-; IV-; V. .

2. The qualification characteristics contained in the CEN section (hereinafter referred to as qualification characteristics) are used as regulatory documents, and also serve as the basis for the development job descriptions containing a specific list of job responsibilities, taking into account the characteristics of the work of employees of medical organizations. The positions of specialists with higher medical and pharmaceutical education are established in accordance with the Qualification requirements for specialists with higher and postgraduate medical and pharmaceutical education in the field of healthcare, approved in the prescribed manner by the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia. For example, the title of the position corresponds to the medical specialty.

The titles of the positions of medical specialists and pharmacist-specialists are established in accordance with the names of medical and pharmacist specialties, the nomenclature of which is approved in the prescribed manner.

The title of the position is retained for specialists with higher professional (non-medical) education hired for this position before October 1, 1999.

4. The qualification characteristic of each position contains three sections:, and.

Deputy chief physician for the medical part of the ambulance station

Job responsibilities. Manages all activities of subordinate units of the ambulance station on the basis of unity of command within the rights and powers granted by the head of the station. Together with the heads of subordinate departments, considers the proposals of employees to improve the work of the station and submits them to the head of the station. Chief Nurse (Chief Midwife, Chief Paramedic)

Job responsibilities. Provides a rational organization of work of middle and junior medical personnel, advanced training, organizes the receipt by employees of subordinate units of additional professional education (advanced training, professional retraining) in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Contributes to the introduction into practice of new organizational forms and resource-saving technologies for the activities of nursing staff. Carries out timely discharge, distribution and storage of dressings, medicines, including poisonous substances and narcotic medicines, keeps records of their spending. Supervises: the work of middle and junior medical personnel for the admission and discharge of patients; organization of transportation of patients within the departments of a medical organization, when calling an ambulance; fulfillment by paramedical personnel of medical appointments, qualified patient care; observance in the medical organization of medical-protective and sanitary-epidemiological regimes, sanitary rules and norms; carrying out preventive measures to prevent industrial injuries and occupational diseases. Job responsibilities. Manages the activities of the medical warehouse of the mobilization reserve. Qualification characteristics (hereinafter - Characteristics) of the positions of health workers serve as the basis for the development of regulations on the structural divisions of health organizations, job descriptions of health workers, for the selection and placement of personnel, for monitoring the effectiveness of their use, for attesting employees of health organizations for compliance with the position held .

Job responsibilities. Carries out a qualified forensic medical examination (hereinafter referred to as the examination) of all provided objects of expert research according to the profile of the work of the expert unit, using modern research methods.

The forensic medical expert of the general expert examination conducts forensic medical examinations; corpse; cadaveric material; living persons to establish the harm caused to health and determine the percentage of disability; in case of sexual crimes; on materials of criminal, administrative and civil cases; on cases of professional activities of medical workers; medical documentation and other types of expert activities in the field of work of the expert unit.

A person performing laboratory expert activities also performs laboratory tests, measurements during expert examinations, chemical, physical, photographic research methods; monitors the good condition of laboratory equipment (checks and adjusts it according to the instructions and technical documentation). Provides advisory assistance to employees of the internal affairs bodies, the prosecutor's office and the court. 1. The section "Qualification characteristics of positions of workers in the field of healthcare" of the Unified Qualification Directory of the positions of managers, specialists and employees (hereinafter referred to as the CSA) is intended to promote the correct selection and placement of personnel, improve their business skills, division of labor between managers, specialists, and also ensure unity approaches in determining the job responsibilities of these categories of workers and the qualification requirements for them and consists of five sections: I - "General Provisions"; II - "Positions of leaders"; III - "Positions of specialists"; IV - "Positions of junior medical personnel"; V - "Positions of other personnel of medical and labor workshops at medical organizations."

The title of the post "doctor-laboratory assistant" is retained for specialists with higher professional (non-medical) education hired to this position before October 1, 1999.

During this period of time, he can perform the duties stipulated by the qualification characteristics of a specialist doctor (doctor - specialist of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service, pharmacist), only under the guidance of a specialist doctor (doctor - specialist of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service, pharmacist), who has a certificate of a specialist in the relevant specialty, answering on par with him for his actions.

Qualification requirements. Secondary (complete) general education and additional training in the direction of professional activity without presenting requirements for work experience.

Nurse

Job responsibilities. Cleans rooms in a medical facility. Helps the senior nurse in obtaining medicines, tools, equipment and delivering them to the department. Receives from the hostess and ensures the proper storage and use of linen, household equipment, dishes and detergents. Removes bedside tables from bedridden patients after each meal. At the direction of the ward nurse, she accompanies patients to the treatment and diagnostic rooms. Performs the functions of a courier, carries out washing of pharmacy dishes. Nurse driver

Job responsibilities. Performs, together with the paramedic, carrying, loading and unloading patients and victims during their transportation, assists the doctor and paramedic in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, transfers medical equipment. Provides assistance to medical personnel accompanied by patients. Drives an ambulance classified as one of the categories "B" or "C". Refuels the vehicle with fuel, lubricants and coolant. Prepares travel documents. Checks technical condition and receiving the car before leaving the line. Delivery of the car and putting it in the allotted place upon returning from work. Eliminates minor operational malfunctions of the rolling stock that have arisen during work on the line and do not require disassembly of the mechanisms. Carries out sanitary and hygienic treatment of the car interior after each patient (injured). Reports vehicle problems.

Job responsibilities. Teaches unskilled workers, students, modern methods of performing production operations, working on machines, machine tools, etc. Plans academic work and keeps records of the implementation of programs industrial training, the results of the work of trainees and their academic performance.
